We chose to stay in Cody on the Wed. before thanksgiving so we could go early to the Hotel Irma buffet. We were astonished at the size and beauty of our suite! Comfortable for connecting, variety of seating, lighting, pillows, heat control, great for a quiet evening in. Good breakfast, and lots of photo ops in the lobby with animals for our Christmas card picture. I'd go again in a heartbeat! Great value for price.

Delightful! Friendly staff, great breakfast. The taxidermied animals/trophies in the lobby were gorgeous and an appropriate hobby to the area. Some aspects of the building may be dated (bathrooms?) but the upgraded linens were a class above. Would come back here for our annual trip to Cody!

Had reservation for luxury king suite. Upon arrival found it was only on 2nd floor and no elevator. Desk clerk did not offer assistance to get luggage to room but could give us room on 1st floor. Was small standard room with wall shared with laundry which made it quite noisy. Was told no reduction in room rate from suite to small room. Probably will not stay there again. Wish they would note no elevator on reservations page for those of us with accessibility issues.

Overall a very good experience. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked very much to see how a young girls help introduce an elderly women to the job. I did not get her name but she was very considerate and polite.

Western Hospitality
This is the ultimate western hotel. Western decor which was quite charming and western friendliness. It has all the conveniences that you want Breakfast starts at 5am for those getting up early to go to Yellowstone Park. Any time I’m in Cody I’ll be staying there.

Location was great: close to the downtown area, yet away from the heavy traffic. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Loved the decor in the lobby! True mountain vibe.

Typical for National Parks
Staff were nice and enjoyed that breakfast was included, especially fresh waffles. Beds a little uncomfortable but ok. Didn’t like all the stuffed animals but that’s my personal taste. Kids might love it. Needs some upgrades but typically accommodation for National Parks.
