Staff was very good about getting the items we needed. they made a special effort to clean the room before our stay was up, we had a pet and the hair was everywhere, we asked to use the vacuum and they came in and cleaned the room. Very nice and friendly people.

Looks can be deceiving!
It was not very clean. There was no alarm clock and no telephone. There was a gap in the door that allowed bugs to get in.

We very much appreciate the staff at Beartooth Inn for making changes in our reservation/room, they didn't have to accomodate our request but they did. Had a great stay!

Decent Place
This is a decent hotel at a decent price, with easy access to most everything.The town folks I man into were friendly too. I'd stay there again if I'm ever passing through.

Was a clean stay but the rooms are very old, and for the price of this hotel you can stay at a nicer one for about the same price. Breakfast was not a “breakfast” there was sandwiches you microwave and yogurt.

When we arrived the front desk attendant was upstairs sleeping and complained about us coming to check in for the night. The room was disgusting. Not clean. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Breakfast caused us to have bathroom issues all day. Overall horrible experience

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice. The breakfast wasn't great but it was better than some of the other facilities on our road trip. Lots of places to eat in the area.

We stayed 3nights during that time there was no-service to the room. Room itself had no table or desk. The breakfast was cold jimmy dean breakfast sandwich that needed put in the microwave. No lids for coffee cups. Lucky to have a room in busy Cody But we booked 3 months in advance.

Great hockey hotel
Family was brought to Cody for a hockey tournament. Facilities were very nice, rooms were spacious which was nice for family and dogs. Parking was plentiful and there were plenty of outside plugs to plug in vehicle engine heaters. There was a nice small hot tub and suana. Overall a nice hotel stay for a weekend of hockey.

Great Stay, great value
I had booked it early, got in late. Staff was excellent. It was quiet, and had a peaceful stay. Close to Airport, in case needed for outside travelers.

Good but service could be improved
The room was fine and breakfast was decent and clean. The only issue was that we had requested a late check out, which was approved by the front desk, however; 2 rude housekeepers came and argued with us about it, rather than checking with the front desk person to verify what we were telling them was correct. That was unprofessional. We were also told the hot tub would be open until 11 but it was closed way early, by 8:30.
