"I booked this property as there was supposed to be a couple more of us. It ended up being my 3 adult sons and 2 year old granddaughter. The house was lovely and we all had room to have down time too. The property had everything you needed and more especially in the kitchen. Check in was easy and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. The views are amazing, even our Welsh friends loved them. needed and more"

"What a great find this was.... Originally I was looking for a nice hotel for the night as a little treat with my partner. Due to the Take That performing at Swansea.Com Stadium the same night. Hotel prices were sky high, nearly all had over doubled in price, some asking £400+. Than out of the blue I find this beauty..... Absolutely stunning views as far as the eye can see all round. "absolutley lovely place. so spacious and cozy. me and my 7 friends stayed there and we all felt at home with how peaceful and beautiful the house was. check in was super easy and the 2 minute interaction i had when checking in with i assume the owner was very good. i couldn’t recommend a better place as this suited all our needs. unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best but we took liberty of the huge and incredibly comfortable lounge. "Lovely home from home. Everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and everywhere was clean and tidy. Loved the bright conservatory, the large farmhouse style kitchen where we could all eat, and the delightful lounge with a wood burning fireplace. We even managed to eat outside on the spacious patio with fantastic views across the valley. The steep approach to the property was a bit disconcerting but we managed to master this without too much trouble. Talley Abbey ruins were very special...
