Great New Renovated Coeur d' Alene unit in Downtown CDA 1/2 block from the Garden District, three blocks from midtown bars, restaurants and shopping and 10 blocks from downtown. Street parking available. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar, hotplate, microwave, and refrigerator. Close enough to all of the amenities but very quiet neighborhood. Come and enjoy this great lower unit and enjoy all that Coeur d ' Alene has to offer!

This space is a fully remodeled basement unit with a separate entrance through the back of the house. Both bedrooms include egress windows, a full bathroom with standing shower, media room, kitchen and dining space.

Street parking is available, very common on this street and access to the unit is on the side of the house to the entrance door that leads down to the unit.
