The room had not been cleaned properly. There was hair in the bathroom sink and the base of the toilet was dirty and had hair around it. There was a dried spill on the floor of the bathroom. Hair on the bed skirt and floor. The bedding was clean and the bed pleasant to sleep in. It was late and we were exhausted or we would have gone to a different hotel. Breakfast was standard fare, clean enough.

Property was decent staff was excellent unfortunately for our stay the cable was out but we were accommodated with a different room with a smart TV Wi-Fi was mediocre. Had to use my hot spot.

An older property that needs some updating. Over all pretty clean. Overall the staff was nice and they were helpful. Did have problems on the day we left with a staff member. Also the poor breakfast lady seemed so busy. She couldnt keep up with the need for more food.

room 118 was right next to pool it was loud till 11 pm and first thing pool open and smelled like Clorine from pool being so close.

Someone opened our room door at about 9:20am Sunday 31st. 2024 and it was not room service. My husband was awake while the rest of us were sleeping and he saw when this unidentified guy opened the door and my husband quickly said why he was in our room. He left right away. My husband came right after him but he was gone. I came to the office and there was no one to explain what had happened. They called the maintenance guy on duty and he said it wasn’t him. The girl at the front desk said she would be right back, she was gonna talk to the person training her. She did come back but nothing was done about it cause she just looked at me and went back to her chair. I mean this is safety problem we’re talking about! They couldn’t even check cameras? Someone literally had a key to open our room door because that’s how they opened it! With a key!! Scary!

The customer service is why I would come stay here again. An employee helped jump my car when I left my dome light on. I went in to ask them to not tow my car until I came back with help later that evening and she went way out of her way to get it figured out for me

This particular establishment is in need of re-model and upgrades. The room phone did not work, and it was hard to figure out the Television Workings. The hallway tiles were cracked, and worn out, as well as the carpet in my room, and throughout.

Worst Ramada known to man
Had to change room's because they stuck me next to hotel laundry and it was so loud, i thought a helicopter was outside. I had to download an app and add $$ to do laundry and lost what money was left on the app. The girl at the front desk was not helpful and not very pleasant. Breakfast was not diabetic friendly at all. I will not ever return and I'll tell everyone I know about my stay.

Old hotel. Outside is remodeled and looks nice. Inside seems run down. Breakfast had some hot foods but not a large variety of hot/cold breakfast items. Had cereal but no milk. Staff very personable and friendly. 3 queen beds in our room for our family of 5 was spectacular! I wish all hotels had this option.
