Pool is enitrely too cold to enjoy
Posted Sep 2, 2016
Choose Shilo for the pool, so the family could enjoy after a day, and not have to go anywhere else. Also would end up saving money, because the public pools are very expensive. Tried my best to get in, and the water was entirely too cold. The chldren would dare each other to go in. Scream, swim for a moment and run to the hot tub to warm back up. I know it is expensive. But five or seven degrees would make all the difference in the world. We paid extra to have a nice facility, it is a shame not to be able to endure it. Great sauna, gym, and rooms. Please read a do something, I would like to come back?

Dear Shilo Guest,
We appreciate you choosing the Shilo Inn for your accommodation needs and for taking the time to let us know how your stay with us went. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We are sorry that the pool was cold during your stay; we know our maintenance person had to drain and refill the pool with fresh water and when this happens it does take time for the heater to heat the pool back up to its more comfortable temperature. He tries to do this as soon as possible in the morning so that by the evening time the pool is at an enjoyable temperature. We do hope to see you again during your next visit to the Coeur d’ Alene area.
