Easy access to downtown Spokane. Not very charming though. Facility fees felt steep and unnecessary. No swimming pool, which was a huge disappointment. If you have kids, try somewhere else.

This property is very modern and by far the best location in Spokane. I wish they built a pool at this location, but you are still able to use the pool at a nearby sister hotel.

There were a lot of disappointing things during our two night stay here. The beds are big but the bedding is terrible! There was ZERO down in the comforter, when you held it up to the light you could see the 1 or 2 feathers in each square. Then the pillows were pretty much Nonexistent, you needed all 5 just to feel something under your head. Then the QR code on the tv for room service did not work at all and on top of that the tv kept glitching constantly. You paid $25/day for parking and $20/day for the amenities on top of the nightly stay rate. Extremely Disappointing to say the least!! I will never stay there again, there’s better in Downtown Spokane.

The property was clean, modern and beautiful. Its location is so convenient. You can walk to restaurants, The Podium and across the street is the convention center. However, customer service was nonexistent at the Davenport Grand! We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and our room was never cleaned, no service whatsoever! We had to ask for towels everyday. We asked the housekeeper to bring us towels on the third day, he said he would but never brought them. We called the front desk and asked why our room hasn’t been cleaned in three days and were told that they prioritize the rooms people are checking out of to get them ready by checkin. The gentleman said he’ll make sure housekeeping is aware and clean our room. He said in the meantime he’ll have someone bring us towels but no one came to do either. We called again around 9:00Pm and asked for towels so we can take showers, yet again, no one came. We ended up using the dirty towels we had sitting on the bathroom floor for 3 days!

Staff was kind and understanding but many, many issues this stay and as Marriot Bonvoy members we won’t be returning. Room not ready for more than 1.5 hours after check in, no in room dining available and we weren’t told of the fact, neither was the front desk or operator who insisted it was. Room not turned over properly and missing lots of items. Multiple attempts made to enter room despite do not disturb light on in our penthouse. Very disappointing stay for such an expensive night.

Room wasn't ready until almost 430-was led to believe check in would be at 4. In room coffee maker not working. TV could barely get local channels-even though hotel is located almost in the center of the downtown area. One room key failed midway thru our stay. Things that should NOT happen in a hotel that charges a premium price-will take my business somewhere else-the Davenport is much better than that.

Rooms are huge and very comfortable, bathrooms are dated, wish there was a mini fridge. Staff was helpful and friendly, but took over an hour of standing in line to check in, there was only 1 person working with a desk that could have 6 workers checking people in.

They force you to pay an amenity fee of $20 a day which is a gift certificate you can only use at their hotel. I checked in at 6pm and already ate that day so I was never able to use the first certificate. Forcing customers to eat in your restaurants does not sit well with me. In addition on my last day house keeping woke me up at 8:50am. What hotel has house keeping ringing doorbells prior to check out?

I’m actually super bummed to write this review - the Davenport is where we spent the night of our wedding so it became sentimental to us - we decided to spend a night for our most recent anniversary and I was so disappointed in the cleanliness - the bathroom was barely wiped down - I picked up something that I had dropped on the floor and along came with it a huge clump of hair that did not belong to me. We were charged for valet unknowing that it wasn’t complimentary with your stay until I called and asked what the random charge was. Very little communication on what charges we would have. I would expect for the cost of a night stay the expectations of the cleanliness would be higher.

probably the nicer of hotels i have stayed out over the years. i really did not like that after a day of flying, starving and just exhausted that they had an event to where as a guest i couldn't order or get any food from the resturant, really didnt like that. the staff isnt welcoming at all not the valet, not the front desk, not the waiters or bar staff, didnt get a good vibe from anyone. the rooms at first glance are so great/big/just as described/clean but no lol not clean at all. they do what i would call a touch up between people, dont vacuum dont mop the floors, i have trash from a previous guest in the corner of my room. there was piss stains on the bathroom door next to the toilet, the shower needs to be scrubbed there is a mold everywhere and in the sink hole as well. i wore my slides the entire time, gross.
