Quiet hotel with outstanding views
Small, friendly hotel situated just a short drive out of figuera da foz, little difficult to find at first as not recognised on sat Nov. But once there, gorgeous view over figuera da foz. Lovely welcome with a glass of sherry. Had a family room, double bed and bunk beds, basic but comfortable and very quiet. Only improvement l would suggest would be to have a hairdryer in the room and room did not include any shampoo or shower gel. The breakfast was excellent, buffet style with range of cereal for the children and rolls, cheese, ham, cakes, yogurts and fruit. Would recommend.

Great views and kids loved the Donkeys. On arrival we were informed that dinner was not available due to a wedding party the night before which had left the staff too tired to work. This meant we had to drive into town to find a place to eat. This was particularly disappointing as we had read that this was a good place to eat.

Nice Quiet stay
Even though we were the only ones at the hotel, the owner was kind enough to prepare for our arrival and to set a very nice buffet breakfast for us. Highly recommended.

A beautiful site with superb service. We arrived late afternoon on Valentine's Day. On learning their restaurant was sold out for the evening we asked about alternatives and the manage/owner suggested that if we wanted to order now he would accommodate us in our room. He arrived with a small table, white linen cloth, silverware and glasses. The dinner was fantastic with a lovely red wine. Such service and value for your money cannot be eclipsed.

Nice place on the outside the city limits geared for a family vacation. You will need a car to get to the beach or the city. Good restaurant on the premises, friendly staff.

They call it 3 stars.....
I reserved a family room for 4 in a 3 stars hotel. Someone gave them 2 and 1/2 stars as a gift!! Small/crowded room, outdated, uncomfortable beds, about the bathroom better not to talk...If you want an excuse to fight with your wife, this is the place!

Fantastic view, and a pool
It was worth the long drive along a forest road (Casa Pinha is well signposted if your satnav plays tricks on you like ours did). The view over Figuera da Foz is fantastic, rooms spotlessly clean and comfortable (mattress a little too firm for me, though) with wi-fi, small TV and H&C air conditioning. En-suite shower rooms have individual water heaters. The owner was welcoming and spoke a few words of English. The buffet breakfast was decent, with tea or coffee served at the table. The restaurant and pool are open to the public. This is really a perfect place to stay in summer, with the Atlantic breeze cooling the sun terrace around the pool, which was just warm enough to swim in on a sunny early October day but in winter I imagine the location could be chilly and bleak.

The location and property are very beautifull and the parking is behind a locked gate. We got a very friendly welcome by the hostess. Our room had seaview and was very nice and clean. Everything you need is there. The hostes bend over backwards to make us a fantastic breakfast! Next time we will stay again at Casa Pinha!

Vue superbe
Les chambres situées à l'écart du batiment/restaurants sont agréables, surtout celles de la première rangée qui donnent sur un espace vert. Petit dejeuner très bien également. A quelques kilomètres de figueira ( nécessaire un moyen de déplacement ).

Einzigartig der Ausblick und die Atmosphäre. Alles sehr sauber, auch die Küche wurde viel geputzt😄. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist mehr als ueberholungsbedürftig. Kaputtes Bett, Ambiente der frühen 80erJahre, kein Tisch, kein Stuhl, nur ein Mülleimer im Bad, Duschvorhang, Fernseher nur 4 Programme, Doppelbett Breite 1,40m, sehr dunkles Zimmer. Personal sehr freundlich, aber auch unaufmerksam😞.

es un apartamento de una habitación. una cama doble y una litera con los colchones bastante viejos. la habitación es limpia pero le falta mantenimiento. lo mejor son las vistas y el desayuno. es necesario llegar en coche porque está apartado de figueira de foix

Boa surpresa
Reservamos de ultima hora e acabou sendo uma boa surpresa. Eles estão localizados em uma montanha perto da cidade dentro de um bosque com uma vista muito bonita. Jantamos no hotel um bacalhau preparado muito bem. Como ele fica neste bosque é necessário ter GPS.

Vue superbe, grande piscine
Magnifique vue sur Figueira da foz : ville et plage. Grande piscine très agréable car petite structure donc peu de nageurs : transats facilement disponibles. Musique en live proposée par l'établissement. Présence d'un élevage d'ânes en bord de piscine qui plait aux enfants même si l'odeur peu incomoder par temps chaud.
