“I like to stay at Comfort Suites because you know what to expect. A nice, bright, simple CLEAN room with very comfortable beds and great sheets! This particular stay I liked because the room had nice Pergo type flooring, no carpeting, which I feel is more sanitary and smells better. The staff was absolutely wonderful from check in to check out! They were so kind and personable! Very warm and welcoming and and very helpful and informative. “They didn't tell me they had somebody living on site until I was on my way there, between midnight and 2:30 a.m., because I told them I would be late, getting there.There was somebody else there when I got there in the room that I was supposed to be in, plus the person that lives on site.The key was where it was supposed to be, but the outside door was locked, and I rang the doorbell several times, and contacted the host, by calling and sending messages, and I still had to wait about 20 minutes……

“Yes breakfast was wonderful”

“The pool was nice. Breakfast was fine we had to wait pretty long for towels etc— when they were delivered the wash cloths were grey and very stained - looked like cleaning rags. Also, while I understand dogs are permitted, I don’t think they should be in the area while breakfast is being served. Overall, it was disappointing considering the cost of the room.”
