"Very comfortable no stress"

"They have done an amazing job of renovating this hotel to a four star resort. Beautiful all around from the gardens, pools, hot tubs and great jogging, biking,paved trails along the river. Osprey restaurant is very nice with decent menu and outdoor dining as well. This is the place to stay in Spokane. Been here several times and all good experiences."

"Have been coming here for decades. Ever since Marriott took it over, it's lost the luster and appeal that made it a great place to stay. Always understaffed. You are placed on hold forever (if the phone is even answered) to order room service or contact the front desk. Management has an I-don't-care attitude. We are saying goodbye and will start to try other hotels in the area."

"Staff are all super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always yummy with a good variety. I loved the free drink coupon idea. The room was very clean and I loved my room with the view of the river. I can't wait to come back to stay!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The coffee was good. I know it is out of their control, but the unhoused people in the neighborhood (The 7-11 across the street) is not safe. I counted 25 people doing various things, with a lot of taking or exchange of drugs. When I went down the stairs to the car on the La Quinta property there was human feces. The hotel was fine, but I would not stay there again because of the neighborhood. I was concerned that my care might have been broken into with all this goings on."
