There was no check in

I arrived at this hotel at 8:45pm and there was no one at the front desk. Only a sign saying someone would be back at 8:00. There was a box to type in a code in. The case of emergency...but that wasn’t useful in contacting anyone either. Nowhere in my information do I see a cut off for check in. Nor have I ever been to an unmanned hotel before. What a strange experience. I’ll have to contact Expedia about a refund.

Second time here - convenient to St Mikes

Basic accommodations but spacious and clean! I only wish the pillows weren't so firm or thatbtheyboffered both firm and softer pillows on the beds. Next time I'll bring my own.

Spacious room

Cons: Hot tub
Location: Near downtown Burlington
The room was spacious, like an apartment. Great for extended stays.

Old and outdated, no maid service 3 of 4 days

Pros: Not much to like, but it was a short ride from the airport.
Cons: Cleaning, maid service, furniture,
Location: Located across the street from St. Michaels college. Nothing of note nearby.
Bed like sleeping on a rock with a deflated balloon for a pillow. TP so thin you could read a book through it. Towels and wash cloths the size of dishtowels and rags. No restaurants near at hand. Old fashion sliding chain locks.

Excellent with all the comforts of home

A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Enjoyed all the comforts that was offered here, and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting more than the traditional hotel offerings.

nice staff, run down,

this is an extended stay so no fault of the hotel but I had a very noisy upstairs neighbor that slid furniture around all night and kept me up and I was there on a business trip as an overnight so very annoying but again no control of that by the staff who were very friendly probably would not stay there again though very run-down needs major updating
