“First, upon arrival, the room where I received the toilet was dirty. They did not clean it, and hair was everywhere. I had a room change. The second room I received was at the end of the hall in front of the staff storage closet. The smell of bleach was everywhere. The room was clean, but the tub had hair on it, and the floor next to the TV had hair. The restaurant's food was not good. I ordered a drink, and you could not taste the alcohol.
