“This was a third stay. Good hotel, within reasonable walking distance of Ross-on-Wye & well situated for exploring the surrounding countryside & towns. Great to have on-site parking. Owners are friendly & helpful. Appreciate being able to book a single room.Clearly marked emergency exits. Both rooms previously stayed in were up steep, narrow stairs. Didn't find these a problem, but vsitors with mobility difficulties would be advised to check accessibility with the owners before booking.”

Our room was modern and clean with comfortable beds and a good bathroom, but it would have benefited from a few extra amenities. “Everything was fine and they were very helpful when Expedia did not send the pass code for the door or tell us our room number. As this site says there were no Hosts available after 5 for check in.
