Halfway during the stay there was a noticeable decrease in staff. Then the laundry system broke. 10 day stay and no clean towels or bed sheets.
Pool went into disrepair by getting algae because one was cleaning the pool. No signs were posted and other guests used the disgusting pool that was certainly a health hazard.
They did a great job decorating for holiday. But unfortunately it was lipstick on a pig.
The hotel looks good on the outside but it needs a lot of maintaining. The rooms were not well maintained. Curtains were full of mold, too many mosquitoes and other bugs. The pool was green all around. The staff was nice and friendly
The room was OK, some outdated amenities TV, A/C, no ohone. I oreder to ask for something you have to walk to the feont desk. The restaurant had items auch as fruit missing daily. The seats outside are ripped, there were no wastebasket bags, thats an issue of hygene. The shampoo was only changed once during our one week stay. The road off of Camino Real is pitch dark, Wifi very weak.
Overall, the experience was complete opposite of what was advertised and shown on the pictures. Complete and total mold INFESTATION. No hot water and the water that did come out of the faucet, was yellow. Truly, could not have been any worse. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

Went to another hotel down the street where I was immediately accommodated,so much for great service

It really needs remodeling that is for sure. There were a few mistakes during check-in. But since we were only there to sleep I did not pay more attention to other parts of the facilities.

Cheap but ... cheap!
Good location and very affordable rate but with several opportunities.
No phone in the room.
Power outlets only in the wall in front of the beds.
Bath tube in really bad shape
My room was cleaned around 5:00pm and after asking several times for this.
Bed clothes smelled dirty/humid
Next time I’ll put some more money to my hotel budget and stay elsewhere.

An okay stay at Mision Colima
Nice enough hotel-
Our bathroom had a problem with the slope of the shower so that all of the water ran out on the floor in front of the toilet. The shower curtain didn’t touch the floor to help this problem.
Also the accordion door on the bathroom did not go all the way a cross so it was useless..
We had to ask numerous times for water in our room and didn’t get it for hours.
One night we were already in bed before it came to us.
The servers in the restaurant did a very good job.
It was extremely busy in the mornings with very little help so we really appreciated all that they did for us.
The lady on the omelettes was very rude and ignored us and let others butt in ahead of all of us-
There was 6 in our group.

Every thing about this hotel was below average.
Service (except a few waiters) was slow, inattentive.
Rooms were very poorly maintained and without any amenities.
Would never stay there again but we enjoyed the town nearby of Comala

Clean but old
The hotel is clean but needs a lot of upgrades! The water pressure in the shower was a trickle and WiFi in the room was nonexistent. There wasn’t a clear picture on any of the TV channels. You get what you pay for at this property at only $40 a night. It’s a shame because this could be a really nice resort.

For what we paid, in Mexico I was expecting a way nicer hotel with more facilities. What made up for that was the fact that staff was super friendly, always attentive, and always happy. Pool was always dirty with dead bugs in it and garbage pieces. Overall I probably would not stay here again because I can get a better hotel, in a better location for about the same price or cheaper. Thanks to the staff I left a little more satisfied due to their great service

Great hotel, great location in a beautiful setting
The hotel staff especially Mercedes, Roberto, Eduardo and Judy were very helpful. The lobby is beautiful and the hotel breakfast delicious. Dinner was served until late, 10:00PM. Pool is gorgeous, but needs daily maintenance. The hotel is quiet and charming. Guests were very diverse, from local families on vacation to National soccer teams.

I checked in late And last minute. I didn't really plan to book a room but I had to at the last minute for business. I came I from Guadlajara and booked the closest place I could find. The service was great the lady at front desk was nice the place looked a little dated but overall a pleasent and quite stay.

Arrived at 11:45am , charged us 250 pesos extra for arriving early, didn't give us recipe, didn't give us room that I booked, toke us to three other rooms, all had stuffy smell,towels given ripped, pool water was green no thank you.

We took Primera Plus from Colima. About 130 pesos per person. Taxi to the hotel was 80 pesos. The hotel was nice with beautiful view of the ocean.
