Looks ok in the outside but terrible in the inside

After checking in, there were no towels, no bottles of water, no tissues and no TV remote control. The bell boy knew about this and promised to resolved it in minutes. Anyways I also told the person at the desk but after 2 hrs that I was out I came back to my room and things were still the same way. I had to go to the front desk and ask them to provide me the stuff personally because I had a wedding to attend and had to be ready in minutes.
There was still a surprise, when I came back from the wedding reception I went to bed and there was hair on my sheets. I'm going to ask part of my money back to Expedia because this experience has been of a 1 star hotel and I paid for 3.
