Found a random sock in the room probably from previous guest making we wonder about overall cleaniness.

The first room I got it the toilet was clogged, The second room has a strong smell of sewer.

Absolute Nightmare

Cons: Customer service from everyone except the manager was great. The hotel needs a more efficient operation plan.
Location: I couldn't even enjoy my trip as I checked in 2 hours after arriving to the hotel I was frustrated and fell to sleep. Could even do what I had planned
When I arrived to the hotel I was given keys to my assigned room 108. While entering room 108 I was shockingly surprised to see a family already comfortably in the room. I went back to the front desk and informed them of the situation. It took them 2 hours to find me a room. The staff were friendly and did the best they could while being sold out and supposedly having a situation in which travelers were still able to book reservations through Expedia even though the hotel was completely sold out. Still I had walked in on another guests in my assigned room, I had to wait hours to get into another room, and lastly the room type I booked wasn't the room type I was put in. I booked two double beds and got 1 bed which was similar to a twin or full size bed not at all was the bed a queen. The bathroom had stains on the rail near the toilet and black punctures in the tub. I was completely unhappy that I called the Manager's cell phone since she wasn't on duty. Would you believe this woman offered me free points for compensation??? I will never stay here again!

Decent hotel, bad neighborhood

Fairly close to dc, and decent enough price for a last minute booking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, considering it wasn’t your typical continental and had eggs sausage and a waffle maker.

Comfortable and convenient

Pros: Free breakfast and wifi, also comfortable beds.
Cons: Wall heater/AC blows the curtains around. This is common to hotels of this type. A way to redirect the airflow, or a better curtain hold-back shield..
Comfortable room and beds. The fan in the bathroom actually clears out the moisture, rather than circulating the wet air as in so many places. The breakfast is very good.

Hotel close to friends

Very pleasant stay. Hotel recently reburbished it appears. Not a single issue and pool was nice. Close enough to D.C. And VA for some historic site visits.
