Check in staff was rude, suggested to add a bed (and charge more) since we booked a two double bed room with two adult and one child. I said when I booked the room, I clearly entered three people, anything showed up as my search results should be able to accommodate. She said because I booked through Expedia, they are not responsible for more than two people, anything we might need should contact Expedia. Since a double bed is bigger than a full size bed, enough for me and my adult and teen daughters, we didn't add the extra bed. And... we booked two nights, the first day after we came back, found out the room was not cleaned, we didn't put out a 'do not disturb" sign, and we had to call front desk to get fresh towels! Worst hotel experience ever, don't know if this is their standard procedure or our special treatment!
