This property is so beautiful! The rooms are spacious and there’s so much to do in the area. Walkable, convenient, great pool/jacuzzi and things to keep kids occupied. It’s an enjoyable place for everyone.

This property was gorgeous and the rooms are sound-proof. The bed was extremely comfortable after a long day. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel.

I stayed in the Executive Suite on the 15th floor, it was very quiet and relaxing. The suite was a little dated and definitely needs an upgrade for the price. It had a great view of the city and water but overall value decent for the price but a free cookie or piece of fruit and two free alcoholic beverages were the only perks and benefits they had to offer. I would stay again in a normal room lol

I really enjoyed my stay at the Gaylord hotel. It was very clean and the bed was so comfy. My daughter didn’t even want to get out of bed. The housekeeper Pavon was excellent. I look forward to booking my next family trip

It was beautiful and close to a lot of things to do. But For the price, I believe breakfast should be included and rooms should have more especially the bathroom.

The property itself is beautiful. The only thing I would have a co.plaint on is the pillows being extremely soft. I woke each morning with my neck hurting. So maybe a firmer pillow option.

Clean property. Professional staff. Good amenities. Nice 80's club on the rooftop with plenty of seating and great beverages. Very cozy for couples or small groups however. A variety in the music is desired.

A good hotel, but, could be and should be better.
the room was clean and comfort. But, some little but still significant for your customers: the coffee pot was leaking; the lotion in the room was not half-empty; the check in time (4pm) was later than most of other similar hotels; and the check out time (11am) was earlier than most of similar hotels, which made one night stay have only 18 hours including sleeping. One suggestion: the only one welcome complimentary bakery item for one room seems to cheap for this hotel. It should more reasonable to give one fo each person staying in the same room.

Too crowded! Also, the crab dip in bar area was the worst I have ever had. It was indescribably bad, almost like we were eating dip made with rotten fish.

The Gaylord is classy and impressive. It's an easy walk to attractions at National Harbor. Also, the DC Circulator shuttle takes you to Tanger Outlets and MGM Casino. The biggest challenge for us, during New Year's weekend, was finding affordable food. Reservations were very difficult to come by, both inside and outside the Gaylord. The hotel's marketplace is well stocked but quite expensive. Anyway, the Gaylord is a beautiful destination. An added bonus was the courtesy of the staff. I enjoyed chatting with the concierge Anthony and I was pleased how housekeeping anticipated our needs.

We had a wonderful stay. The decorations were beautiful.The food at the Old Hickory Restaurant was Delicious. Marc our host was wonderful. The elevator floor was dirty and a plastic cup on the floor for the two days. I didn't take the time to report it.
