Clean,new hotel with great rates

Pros: GardenInn property -with well maintained and excellent rooms
Location: Near Silver Springs Maryland SDA headquarters and close to church. The area has many places to eat close by the property
Stayed here for pleasure. Great rates on expedia. Was worth every dollar. Will stay again.

Very nice and clean.

Pros: Location, layout of room, cleanliness , friendliness & professionalism of staff
Cons: TV services.....upgrade to digital. I stayed at a Doubletree in Atlanta recently. They had digital TV so the technology is out there.
Location: Location very convenient and easy to find
My only frustration is the analog TV. It's so slow it's maddening. It would be nice if Hilton Garden Inn would upgrade to digital soon. That would be a big plus in attracting more guests.

Great experience, I spent a day there with my wife. Very clean room, comfortable beds, awsome staff, everyone was very friendly and informative. Will definitely recommended and stay there again

Really great hotel

Pros: Nice room and bathroom. Really friendly, professional and efficient service.
Cons: There was to be a morning breakfast buffet but we had to order. It was okay but a little confusing, at first. We were finally directed to a seat.
Location: Not much to do nearby. I've never seen a shopping center of restaurants but that's what was next door-- at least 10 restaurants and one nail salon.
Stayed overnight for a morning funeral. No complaints. Room nicely appointed; staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast was NOT included bc we booked thru Expedia rather than with the hotel. That should have been clearer. Breakfast was also a bit confusing bc there was no buffet as expected; you had to order. It worked out and was delicious although seating and process was a little disorganized and everything posted wasn't on the menu. How can you run out of bacon for breakfast. Next time, seat guests and explain... But they were awfully nice and responsive.

Very clean property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A short walk to places to eat. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel staff were terrific. Professional appearance and manner as well as friendly and helpful. Small but well equipped fitness room. Excellent value for the rate.

Hotel close to Washington DC

Overall stay was good. Had multiple problems with the card key. We were supposed to have a King suite and it turned out to be a double Queen. Breakfast was over priced for the qulality. Maid service kept forgetting wash rags.
