Nice hotel very close to airport.

Pros: Convenience to airport, shuttle service, nice rooms, great staff and a good restaurant on-site. Great value.
Location: Only stayed one night for connecting flight early the next morning. Hotel had it's own restaurant and bar, so we didn't need to go anywhere else.
The shuttle service was great and very easy to find, runs every half hour. Hotel was only ten minutes away. Check in was fast and hotel staff were very pleasant. Hotel was clean, spacious and well kept. We arrived late, about 9:30pm, but since there is a restaurant on-site open till 11:00pm we were able to have a nice dinner.

One Night Stay

Pros: I loved the ambiance
Cons: When I took a shower the water never got hot - just warm. So if I could improve anything it would have been hotter water for my shower.
Location: Only stayed one night and checked in late so I don't know what was nearby to do. The hotel seemed kinda of distant from things to do.
This was my first experience staying at the Indigo and I must say I was truly impressed. Check in was fast and easy along with a welcoming staff. The room was excellent - clean, and very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We dinned at the hotel restaurant for both dinner and breakfast and it was delicious both times. The hotel staff was very friendly and polite.

The room is very spacious. The staff was friendly and exceptionally helpful. Didn’t get my free breakfast but the that doesn’t detract from the wonderful accommodations. My only complaint is having to write a counted word review as if I’m back in high school. Everything I needed to say was summed up in the first 25 words. But who’s counting. Oh yeah they are!!

Wonderful breakfast and service, poor maid service

The room was generally clean, but there was no toilet paper or Kleenex. We called down and were told we could come and get some!? Then there was little or no hot water for showering. Sigh The included breakfast was great though and the waitress was great.

It's the little things...and the loud ones.

The biggest thing about Hotel Indigo is that I've stayed in my share of airport hotels and never, never been so conscious of airplane noise. Our room was just plain loud. Beyond that, I like the wood-type floors, the bed was comfortable enough (though the bottom sheet was too small to tuck under the bed which is a little tacky and, if anyone had a restless night, could get twisted and messy), the room was clean. But there were a few other things at the level of the sheet -- not a HUGE problem but they added up. Like there was zero nightlight, not even an illuminated light switch, in the bathroom so if you went in in the night you were groping around for the switch. And there was only a center nightstand and nothing on the other side of the beds, so nowhere to plug in phone, leave a glass, etc. Between the noise level and the lack of attention to detail, I wouldn't recommend it.

Only negative is jet noise from airport, but location convenience makes up for this
