Residence Inn Stay
The receptionist wasn’t very knowledgeable at all about the rooms and they difference between them. He was giving me a hard time just to upgrade my shower. But overall, the room was fine beside the outdated tub. I enjoyed the bed and using the mini kitchen to make dinner.

Stayed at this place before..however the noise level was disturbing made it difficult to sleep .Police were called to the property Due to a disgruntled customer, prior to police call didnt feel Safe.

I booked this hotel for the pool. When i arrived they told me we had to go across the street to the sister property to use the pool. This morning the pool is open. There were no signs saying the pool was closed.

At check in the front desk staff had me swipe my card three times. Each time I asked what for and each time I got a different answer. “Pet fee” “incidentals.” They also tried to get me to pay foe the room again even though I paid at booking on hotels.com. Fast forward to Sunday 12/26 and they charged an additional $500 to my card, including the same $111 charge twice. The hotel hallways smelled like fish/urine. There was carpet in the room which was gross.
