Overall, a good stay.Posted Oct 8, 2015
Pros: Most important to me was the room cleanliness of room. That's priority one for me.
Cons: Exhaust fan in the bathroom. Exhaust fans don't work or don't exist.
Location: Convenient to restaurants.
This is my second visit; my experience was good. The hotel is geared more toward longer stays. If just overnight or the weekend, I would probably do something different. Wouldn't need the kitchen and all that.

Nice hotel close to convention centerPosted Jun 12, 2015
Pros: Loved having a full refrigerator and sofa.
Cons: Furniture is VERY WORN and is due for replacement.
Location: Location was right across street from Gaylord Hotel and convention center. It was very easy to walk back and forth to the convention center.
Stayed in studio suite and was very happy with my hotel choice. I was traveling solo for business and loved the extra space and amenities that this hotel provided over the Gaylord next door. Furniture is very tired though but I've heard that do have some renovations planned for later this year.

In need of some updates but overall a decent stayPosted May 10, 2015 on Hotels
Stayed in town for a conference at the Gaylord and thought a suite at the RI would be a less expensive alternative. The rooms are in need of maintenance and like everything in the Harbor, are WAY overpriced. I wish I had taken a photo of the chairs in our room; the leather was nearly worn off. Also, the TV in the bedroom was comically small, presenting half of the stations in non HD, with wavy lines through the picture, or not at all. Otherwise this was a rather typical Residence Inn with friendly staff and some of the comforts of home.

Good hotelPosted Apr 10, 2015 on Hotels
I did not encounter any issues during my stay. Only Iphones were able to connect to the wifi connection for some strange reason, though.

Clean hotel and kids loved the pool!Posted Mar 6, 2015 on Hotels
Nice accommodations. Overpriced for the size of the room, but expected for that area. The hotel staff was really friendly and everything we asked for (not a lot) was accommodated very quickly.

Great for an extended stay.Posted Feb 9, 2015
Cons: Breakfast options are very limited. Pool is small/no whirlpool. One lift always had a problem to read the keycard.
Location: There are plenty of restaurants and quite often the reason you'd come to this hotel would be for a convention at the Gaylord across the street.
We chose the Residence Inn as while we were attending MAGfest over in the Gaylord, we had extended our trip into 14 nights and the facilities/room amenities looked impressive. We weren't disappointed as even just the King Suite room was akin to a small flat in itself with everything you'd need to self-cater. Well sized kitchen area, bathroom and plenty of lounge/seating space as well. The bed was bigger than ours at home which is always nice! For the most part we found it comfortable, aside from the fact that we're not so used to spring-mattresses and my partner has a back problem. The fan for the heating was very loud though, couldn't sleep with it on but on a chilly January night it's a catch-22! The staff were very friendly and polite. We even joked with the housekeeper about how we'd washed our dishes by hand as we didn't know how the dishwasher worked. Parking was adequate and not at all bad for the price - considering it's a secure lot and had 24-hour access if we wanted to get out to our friends which was another main highlight of our trip to MD.
