Not as good as other Sheratons

Posted Oct 16, 2017
Pros: The hotel decór and the breakfast.
Cons: The mattress (I don't like to sink in it, but I understand some people do), adding a minifridge to the room and improving service in general.
Location: There's an AMC right across the hotel and a restaurant downstairs (Asado). There are other stores nearby too.
I stayed there with my husband and 2 sons for just 2 nights. The first morning we left the room at 8 am and came back at 6 pm. We were exhausted after a day trip and all we wanted was to shower and rest. What a disappointment when we found that our room was untouched. No housekeeping while we were out for 10 hours. I called housekeeping and someone not fluent in English just said she was sorry but couldn't answer why my room hadn't been tidied up. I asked to speak to a manager and the call was transferred to Ariel (or Arielle), the front desk manager, who said she would need to ask housekeeping what happened and if there was a No Disturb sign on the door. I had already told her there wasn't one, but she wouldn't trust me nor would apologize. These attitudes were the most aggravating to me. Instead of saying something along the lines of "I sincerely apologize. What can I do to make up for it?", she just asked "So do you want me to send someone now?". I went downstairs to talk to her face to face and that was the 1st time she apologized (weakly) and offered a $30 discount off my total bill. I understand mistakes can happen, but the staff must know how to deal with these situations and make up for the occasional mishap. A sincere apology and a positive attitude towards the guest go a long way. About Expedia: The hotel info stated that the hotel accepts pets. However, it only accepts dogs under 40lbs. Also, it stated breakfast was included, but in fact it was just for 2.

A very dated hotel

Posted Sep 28, 2017
The hotel is very dated, the bathroom had not been cleaned properly (dirty face cloths on the shower curtain rack and hair in the tub), the gym equipment didn't work (at least one of the treadmills - the others were old and loud), the air conditioner made the room vibrate it was so loud and the staff didn't even ask why I checked out a day early.

Excellent overall stay. Buffet breakfast was very good and service at the restaraunt was also excellent. I would recommend this hotel.

Disappointing

Posted Sep 5, 2017
Location is good easy to find. Comfortable beds when I booked for 4 people it said free breakfast turned to be for only 2!! No fridge or microvave, carpet is dirty. Rooms are not noise isolated first day we all couldn't sleep because the people in the room beside us were too loud tried to call front desk phone was not working so we used our cell phone, one of the staff went to them to ask them to be quiet. It seems that all the phones in the hotel are not working! My husband went walking the next day wanted to get coffee so he had to pay for it, all hotels have free coffee in the lobby !

Convenient place to stay

Posted Aug 20, 2017
Needed to book a hotel quickly off the main highway. The Sheraton was an easy find, right off the main highway and affordable. It's a old hotel so there isn't much to rave about. As I entered the parking lot, there was a crowd of young people. Itvwss difficult to tell if they were waiting for a bus or hotel shuttle. Either way, it was odd as I'm not used to seeing this at a hotel. You
