This place is a dump and I am out of $267 for staying less than 24 hours. The do not refund money if this motel isn’t fit to stay in. Will never stay again. It’s a franchise. Pool fitgthy and child got sick. Noisy neighbors. Keypad broke and had to leave room unlocked. No air in the lobby, hallways and elevators. Very humid and hot in dining room can’t take food to room. Door number torn off wall for the room number. Dirty walls, torn drapes and broken phone spent one night and was out of $267. Had paid for three nights left next morning with sick child. I should have went to the Hilton Inn on University Drive or StayBridge Hotel.on University Drive E. Stay off of Motels and Inns on Tx Ave North and South in Bryan College Station areas. The pool looks like it never gets cleaned on a routine basis by a professional pool company.

deadbolt on room door did not work, and i was on 1st floor right next to outside door, no wash cloths snd/ hand towels, tub fictures coming out of wall, real pain to get to, foldout soda bed had bottom sheet and a thin blanket to cover self; staff was friendly, complimentary breakfast was good and very convenient, gave me a noon check- out vs 11without any difficulty, outside property nice, well kept

A good place to spend the night or a weekend.
There was a minor issue checking in, with our original room’s door being jammed and unable to open, but the front desk got us switched over to another room and we had an overall positive experience. Hotel is conveniently located near several major stores and easy to get to. No issues with parking, comfortable room and beds, and breakfast in the AM. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

bed was comfortable plenty of pillows room was clean, the staff that we were able to communicate with were very nice , and everyone else was polite. breakfast was passable, we did get to it near the end of the last hour. waffles are always good. but after that just eggs ,French toast, biscuits, no meat. all the usual cereals, cold and hot.

Everything was great except for one thing. There was no hot water nor water pressure. Both the night of my stay and the next morning there was neither. A nice shower ends my day and begins my day and is a prerequisite for me when choosing a hotel.

Location is o.k, but there are cleaner, same price and better chain hotels in the same area. We saw cockroaches in the restroom...never a good sign. Most likely there are more all around the room :(

There was a safety incident happened. The bath tub was slippery and there was no anti slippery surface. Due to this I fell down and came out from the tub,my right leg injured. Nobody was at counter to inform this at that time. Due to time constraints I didn’t have time to inform this incident while check out. But I have informed by online to correct this problem and nobody get hurt in future. There was one floor mat kept near the tub on the tile floor.

Very nice stay
My stay was very nice. Whirlpool tub was fantastic. The front desk person when I checked in Saturday night was awesome. The only downside was the refrigerator didn't work. But other than that it was great.

The stay was good, but the AC in the room could have been better. It was cool enough to keep me from sweating but not cool enough to make me feel comfortable. I had the unit on 60 and it felt like 74/75. I had to stay in my underwear so I wouldn’t get hot. The elevator was also out due to the lightening from the storm. They did offer to carry our bags so that was helpful. They were. Ice and polite during check in and check out. I might give them a second chance but I’m afraid to because I don’t like to be hot in my room.

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I had "cockroaches" in my bathroom, the elevator didn't work, I requested my room to be cleaned 3 times and they never clean it, the Manager was complaining about having my 2 sons with me when the room I booked was for 5, it was by far one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
