Pros: The breakfast was good and there was plenty, so you didn't have to feel like you had to get there at dawn to have food! The staff was very cheerful.
Cons: The rooms just need to be updated.
Location: Lots of restaurants and places to go.
We were in a room by the road, so it was a little noisy. The carpet was a bit stained and looked dingy and the A/C made tons of noise when it turned on and off which seemed like every 15 minutes all night long.

Great room for the price!

Clean rooms, coffee maker, fridge and nice tv. All you need for two nights stay. And in the middle of restaurant city!

It wasn't bad I'll stay again at a later date. Rooms were clean but pillows were flat

Rude staff

We came here for parents weekend at the university. When we booked, we were told that we could pay when we arrived either in cash or with a credit card. When we got to the hotel, they had already charged 1 night on the card when we intended to pay cash for the entire stay. They were quite rude about the fact that they "tried to reach us at the phone number on the booking, but they got no answer". It was my cell phone and they left no message so we had no way of knowing that they were charging our card. Also, they told basically told us that they could price gauge when there was an event in town, so the cost of the room that is normally $65 per night was now $150 per night. That was quite disturbing, but other than that, it was an average hotel--clean, neat, good breakfast.

Bare essentials, minimal luxuries.

Room was humid and muggy the whole time we were there, and the AC never seemed quite able to keep up. When it was running, the AC would be very loud as well. The Continental breakfast is pretty minimal (biscuits and gravy, some fruit and pastries, and a waffle station, no eggs, sausage or anything else like that). The bathroom was a bit run down, with chips and scrapes in the tub. The hotel staff were quick to answer any questions or bring us anything we needed to the room, and were quite friendly. The bed was super comfortable.
