Needs some updates but overall a good experience

Pros: Super comfy beds. Very quiet during the week. Pet friendly. Friendly housekeeping. I think our room had new carpeting and paint.
Cons: They desperately need to tile the elevators and do away with the super dark wood grain wall paper on the guest room floors.
Location: Very convenient to Texas A&M Unversity and everything in the Bryan/College Station area. The George Bush library and the Bonfire Memorial are great.
Super clean room. Teeny tiny bathroom. Odd extra vanity made getting sizeable luggage difficult to get through the door. Pet friendly and easy access to outdoor grassy areas if you exit through the bottom floor where the gym is. Friendly housekeeping. We stay here every year for fire school and in recent years they've done some updates but more are needed still.

Nice stay

The room was nice and clean but the bar area was freezing! When we asked them to turn the heat on they said ok but then later when it did not warm up they said they couldn't get it to come on. We caught a shuttle downtown and our shuttle driver was great!

Hallways, elevators, rooms had a strong scent of mold & dampness. Beds were extremely hard & uncomfortable.

Exceeded Expectations

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel being so up-to-date. I was expecting the typical small-town Hilton or Hyatt or whatever hotel that it hasn't been updated in ages. This is probably the nicest hotel in college station. The bed was very comfortable in a hotel was quiet

I feel that I have obligation is to give you my experience to everybody. -the toilet plugged immediately after the first person used it. -We noticed that the ceiling was painted covering water damage. -the wall is painted on the wall covering was water. This will cause mold. -lamp is cover with something of a brown color. -the wall had black striped scratches and needing paint. -the room was very cold. When I raised the temperature it began to smell up the room very bad. -pillows need to be replaced with new. Your head is not supported properly. They look like they're 10 years old. -dirty bathroom, including the toilet. -the coffee maker did not work. -freezer not Not working. Future customers need to know the conditions before they make a reservation at the Hilton hotel before they pay $211.29 for one night like we did. Workers were very cordial and apologize for everything. I have pictures so you can see what I saw. I had great expectations of the hotel since 1986 since I stayed in one of your Hilton hotels and have always had good experience.
