Drink menu was under construction while you were here and the GM was working with the bartenders on coming up with better drinks than we started out with. Hey Kimberly, Looks like there was a mixed experience for you and your family. Unfortunately with the locks we have been working out the kinks being a new property. Everything being WiFi and Bluetooth makes life interesting, but it seems as though we have found the solution and they seem to be working as they should. We are sorry for the hiccups but would love if you would be willing to come back for a real Hotel McCoy experience.

Christopher, thank you so much for the heads up. Due to this review we have made some changes. Toilet paper holder has been changed out, two shampoo/ conditioner/body wash holders have been added. Arcade is now shut down at 9 pm every evening. There is an after hours number posted on the two lobby doors. Thank you for giving us a heads up on these issues so that we can fix the problem. Still being new we are working through issues. Appreciate the heads up! Hope to see you again real soon!
