The studios are well sized with nicely spaced bed and living space. Having a kichenette helps a lot on extended stays. The free breakfast, although not elaborate is good to have rather than having to leave the hotel searching for one

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Quick easy access to campus. Several restaurants within walking distance. Parking was easy and convenient.

Very nice stay, moved from another hotel to this one and was so glad we did. Clean, efficient, nice workout facility good breakfast. Staff was friendly and professional. We will stay there again when in town.

OK, but not sufficiently clean
Staff was friendly, rooms were well furnished, air conditioning worked great. However, the bathroom had a ton of black mold on the ceiling which was very disappointing.

Room has some bugs and air conditioning was way to loud and also house keeping didn’t clean the room the previous guest left a few bottles of liquor in the cabinets and they did not throw the bottles away

Good stay
A clean and very reasonable place to stay a couple of nights. Don't have any complaints. Maybe breakfast could have a couple of more options. The room's are nothing special but there's everything you need and its clean and comfortable, what you would expect from the price.

Family weekend
The hallways were very hot. Our room thermostat would not go lower than 73 degrees. So we were a little warmer than we wanted. Elevator was very slow and only one was working. They only have an indoor pool. The room was nice and clean.

The indoor swimming pool is the main reason we stayed there. It was a bit chilly, but certainly better than no pool at all.

Nice 2 bedroom
This room was great. The kids da slept in on room and I had a room to myself. It was so nice to have 2 bathrooms for 4 little girls and myself. My one concern was there was hair scattered throughout. They need to be more vigilant about vacuuming.

Great place to stay!
Always a great stay at Residence Inn. We will always book this hotel when the prices are reasonable. We unfortunately were watching our daughter's dog, so had to stay in a "pet room". There was dog hair on the couch from a different dog, but that's to be expected.

Probably won't stay here again
Hotel is comfortable for a large family. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit for a family of 6. Nice breakfast. Cleanliness of room was subpar. Bathroom was dirty and don't get me started on the stains on the duvet etc. They obviously had not been washed in awhile. Staff was apologetic, but nothing was done. Smoke alarms made crackling noises in each room which was annoying when trying to sleep. Needs a good maintenance and cleaning overhaul.

This is one of the few hotels in the area that have two bedroom suites. We like to stay here so our grown children can have their own bedroom and we can have our own. It helps everyone have their own chill space and get away from one another after a hot Texas day.

Not What it Used to Be
I've stayed at this hotel a few times in the past, but I don't think I'll be coming back. The room & bed were comfortable, the parking was plentiful, and Wifi worked well, but I wasn't able to shower the entire time due to lack of hot (or even warm) water. My stay wasn't long enough to warrant housekeeping (which was fine), but I couldn't help but notice the very dirty stairwell was never vacuumed between the time I arrived at 3:00 Thurs until I checked out at 10 Saturday. I can understand many things being attributed to Covid like no breakfast buffet or Happy Hour snacks & even difficulty getting repair parts if the hot water heater was broken, but cleanliness should never be compromised. It really makes me wonder how thoroughly the rooms were really cleaned. Sadly there are just too many hotels to choose from in College Station to stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to make my stay comfortable and convenient. Jermaine , Da’tarnia (not sure if i spelled it right). I was able to check in earlier due to me being on the road over 5 hours and weather was getting bad. Jermaine was very polite and make accommodations for me and my family . Da’Tarnia made sure I had what I needed . The whole stay was excellent. Room was very clean. Was able to stay warm through bad winter storm . Love talkative it had a full refrigerator and stove . Overall my stay was perfect !!!!

Service was friendly and the place was clean and nice looking. The issue for me was that the water did not get hot or warm. Being that the temperatures outside were already cold, cold showering and washing was a big negative for me and my husband.

Great place to stay!!
Not crazy about having to get a hotel during COVID time, but Marriott sent out a letter early on saying that they were taking extensive action to prevent it with extra-thorough cleaning and other measures like employees wearing masks, etc. So I chose this Residence Inn and it was "all that!" Super clean, plexiglass on front desk separating me from the clerk, she had a mask..no breakfast, pool or exercise room, due to COVID, but great experience. I felt safe and protected.

Home away from home
We were visiting our daughter for a few days. We were very comfortable and felt very at home there. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. Recommend the Residence in for sure.
