“The Seven Oaks Noble House is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of old town Dubrovnik. It is a relatively short walk to the hotel from the taxi stand by the Pile gate and there are only about 10 steps up to the hotel entry from the street. The room was clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. As the hotel is fairly new, there were thick paned windows and room darkening shutters. The individual room HVAC worked well and there was also a ceiling fan over the bed. Although breakfast was not……

“The kitchen was full equipped, room was clean and ample, and property itself was charming and in right inside the Old City, easy access to all major tourist points. Well maintained property, would absolutely stay here again. The owner Jon was easy to work with and incredibly attentive and responsive. (Only thing to note for travelers is that since this unique property is within the Old City, several stairs are involved in order to access).”

“Great location , Domenika who help to check us in is so helpful, friendly n refer us to good restaurants as good value , good quality food. We live our top floor n have to carry out bags up n down. But fully understand cos old building do not hv lift. ”

“The view from the property is amazing and it was a short walk to the old city. Out of the gate and straight down stairs until you get to the entrance to old town. Easy walk down. Be prepared for a climb on the way back up. Our only complaint was the lack of bedding for the couch (couldn’t find pillow cases or a duvet). Parking was tricky but we lucked out as we were the only guests with a vehicle when we were there. Getting out of the parking was difficult due to the number of cars in the area……

“On the first night of my stay, the showerhead broke halfway through my shower, and the water temperature was hard to control. I ended up finishing the shower in a very awkward and uncomfortable way. Later, when I was about to go to sleep, I found that the air conditioner remote had no batteries, so I had to go the whole night without any air conditioning. “Great location overlooking the water. As this is a converted villa, they do not have a front desk to check in. They use key codes to enable entry in the villa and your room. I did not know this until I arrived. Expedia sent me multiple emails while I was in flight and I did not have a chance to check emails when I touched down to get this info. Fortunately there was staff there to help me out. My room was large and modern. Very comfortable”

“The property is very nice, with a lovely court yard and excellent location for Dubrovnik as long as you can manage 80 steep steps from Stradun. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. A few negatives was the kitchen area was a bit dirty, with mugs left in the dish washer and floors could do with a clean. “Great location in Lapad. Host is very friendly and gave us information about the bus route to old town and a tour of his garden. Sunset beach was less than 10 minute walk and the promenade has lovely restaurants and bars to explore. Service was elite!”
