“Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in der „Casa Oleandra“ in Gualdo verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Gail war unkompliziert und sie hat immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Kleine Problemchen wurden sofort und unbürokratisch gelöst.Das Haus bietet wirklich alles, um einen schönen Urlaub zu genießen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und alles entspricht den Beschreibungen. Ganz besonders haben wir den tollen Pool genossen, der sehr gepflegt ist und zwei Mal pro Woche gereinigt wurde.Die Lage……

“We have stayed before in Villa in Italy but this one is above any expectations. The house is stunning, the owner and people who take care of the place were super responsive and lovely to deal with. House could use some door screens (I think they are installing them) and maybe a few little things for the kitechen (we were a group of foodies who loves to cook) but they offered to get what we need and I can not imagine a better place. Location was great as it was 30 min walk to center of Folinio……

“Everyone at Casa Giulia is amazing and so nice! We stayed here with family and hosted an intimate wedding of 40 people. Francesca was incredibly helpful leading up to the wedding (a mere 4 months before the stay). She coordinated all vendors and details. Francesca and all staff helped during the entirety of the stay and we are so grateful. The villa itself is enchanting and beautiful! The grounds are kept and picturesque. We could not have imagined a better place to start the rest of our lives!……

“Schönes Haus auf einer Gelände-Terrasse am Dorfrand gelegen mit wunderbarem Blick über die grünen Hügel und auf Nocera UUmbra. Grosszügige Aussenanlage. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Parco di Colfiorito und für Besuche in kleinen Orten wie Gubbio, Assisi, Nocera Umbra, Foligno. Ohne Auto geht es allerdings nicht. Sehr, sehr herzliche Gastgeber.”

“Prachtig gelegen in het buitengebied van het mooie Spoleto. Rust en ruimte. Vrij uitzicht vanuit het gras naast de voordeur. Binnen ruimte genoeg. Verbeterpuntje: het installeren wifi, geen bereik en alleen wifi in de hoek van de tuin naar de buren. Ontdekking: behalve het meer bekende stadje Trevi ook het pittoreske Vallo di Nera ontdekt.”

“Die Ferienwohnung ist eher eine Doppelhaushälfte, als eine Wohnung. Im Eingangsgeschoss sind die Wohnbereiche mit Wohnen, Essplatz, Küche und WC, im Obergeschoss die beiden Schlafzimmer mit WC und ebenerdiger Dusche untergebracht. In einem Zimmer steht ein Doppelbett, im anderen Zimmer stehen drei Einzelbetten. Des gesamte Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll im italienischen Landhausstil eingerichtet. Die offene Küche ist funktional ausgestattet mit großem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. Der gesamte Bereich……
