We stayed for just one night and wish we had time so stay longer. The staff and accommodations were excellent.
The pool area is like something straight out of a Hollywood glamor movie set. It just transports you to a different era. (Many fashion photo shoots take place there, one was going on as we arrived.)
Nice hotel, different and classy. Staff is very nice and helpful especially Ivana at the front desk.
Nice staff nice room hotel very clean nice pool close to the beach
Great hotel and staff. Best pool and vibe in SoBe. Would definitely stay there again. Drinks are pricey!
A bit spendy , butvthe location was perfect ! Rooms good size bathroom small but functional, Lounge staff were very nice great drinks but expensive . Even though the hotel was pricey I would stay again due to location . The bistro across the street called Drunk Bitch was awesome for coffee , breakfast ...
The Essex is a great hotel my girlfriend LOVED IT!! We will stay there again when we come back to visit south beach.
All was good except there was sometimes street noise and noise from the Elevator as we had a room next to it. Also noise from other guests going to their rooms.
Clean room. On the beach. Love the pool area! Friendly staff. Great location.
Hotel staff were excellent and very helpful. One negative for us was the size of the room which was not reflected well on the pics we saw on Expedia.ca The rooms appeared to be much bigger. Other than that great hotel but when booking ask for a room with windows or else the room can be dark. Staff ...

Wow what hotel, affordable convenient and close to the beach ,beautiful and pleasant staff.i would definitely comeback to this hotel again
This hotel has the perfect location for a great price. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I was surprised that the hotel wasn’t noisy seeing as if it is right I’m the middle of everything. The room was on the small side but it got the job done. I would stay here again.
Great property! Lovely pool area, comfy room, nice staff. Totally recommend!
Pleasingly eclectic lobby- most of staff was warm and friendly with a few exceptions. Room was a bit bland compared to other Kiprom hotels where we stayed. Bathrooms very tiny. Overall a nice stay however we will check out other hotels for future stays in Miami Beach
A pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly. The dining experience was excellent. Great location near the beach. Thank you.
I was a bit leery staying here after reading a few negative reviews. But I came away with an overall good impression. Things were not perfect but there was nothing glaringly wrong. The front desk manager (I believe his name was Jose) was very polite and explained all the related costs upfront so ...
Party hotel if you like the busy vibe. Everything at your fingertips.
Great hotel that is two blocks from the beach (about 10 min walk). Great happy hour from 7-8 everyday with unlimited free drinks. Room was not bad, I liked the older charm it had. Plus, if you are in Miami you should not be staying in your hotel unless you are sleeping!!
