“I arrived and went to my room. The lights in the bathroom did not work. They changed my room. Got to the new room, tv remote did not work, no biggie I went downstairs and they put batteries in it. The AC wouldn’t work then in the middle of the night I was woke up by the thermostat making a “ticking” noise. They said they would give me a credit but have not done that. I e been told 3 times the manager would call me, they aren’t in yet, will be in soon etc. none of this has happened.”
