The place was basically a 1960's hotel....with no amenities and no coffee maker. Pretty basic accommodations.

Sorry you felt like a 1960 motel, but our rooms have been newly renovated, we only have the basics, that way we can keep our costs down, and pass on the saving to our guest, with lower rate, not all guest uses everything in room, which cost money to have. Usually hotels with all the amenities, their rates are higher, technically the guest has paid for the all the amenities in the room, regardless whether it is used or not. We have a clean comfortable room with the basic amenities and a free breakfast.

Location: location was good for my stay
When I pulled into the motel their sign said the room is $5 less than what I had just paid on expedia. Not sure if I will continue to use their service that claims best price guarantee.

Not the best place to stay

Pros: the price and it had a fridge and micro wave
We had cigarette smoke coming through a vent in the bathroom. There was no ventilation in bathroom to remove steam after taking a shower. The room was dirty as far as the cooling and heating system a lot of dust and dirt we could see. Could tell that the room was a smoking room at one time. the bed was comfortable and the shower was great.

Pros: Near to 255, bottom floor available, allowed dogs
No kleenex in room...2 dead bugs behind bathroom door...clean floor , new carpet...bed was comfortable

Pros: The staff were polite and helpful.
Cons: Extra special care on cleaning. and some sort of room refreshing for the air quality.
Did have to contact front desk about wi-fi, he was curtious and helped us get connected. Our room was musty smelling and even though we ran the a/c it always had that "gym locker" smell about it. Carpet could use a good cleaning. Sheets and towels were clean. Still would have to give just an average. Not much in the way of a continential breakfast and even though I stopped through right about 7:30 - 7:45 a.m. the coffee was horrible and I have Farmer Bros. coffee at work. Tasted as if it had been on all night.

Convenient to Convention Site.

Hotel was basis but clean & quiet. Good water pressure. Rate was inexpensive & staff was friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

cheap stay

Pros: The parking is close to all of the rooms.
Cons: Pool was closed my entire stay, and I stayed two days in the summer with 85 plus degree weather, no rain.
Location: It was in walking distance to Denny's and McDonalds, it was a few minutes drive from Walmart and other places to eat,

I only stayed here because it was my only option Clint was fine but the receptionist on Sunday accused me of taking a wash cloth and tried to charge me. First off I didn't take one secondly the linens were very ratty snd every towel and wash cloth was stained not to mention the sheets were covered in hair and had to be replaced
