International Convention

Conveniently accessible to restaurant, shopping, and expressway. My wife is a very picky person, but she was very pleased with her experience. We do recommend this Comfort Inn, Collinsville, IL.

Nice hotel close to everything

The hotel was clean and our room was comfortable. The staff had a friendly demeanor and it looks like the hotel is making a lot of great changes so it will be even better in the coming months.

Great if you like sleeping in a sauna...

Flew into St. Louis. I requested a room on floor 2-3 at booking. I selected this hotel based on the arcade games, free wi-fi & breakfast. We got to the hotel at 2am & checked in. Despite my request, we were booked into a room on the 1st floor even though the lot was nearly empty. Too tired to complain, we went to our room, unlocked the door, & walked in to what I though was a sauna. The humidity in southern IL in Aug is downright brutal, but the inside of this room was more humid than anything I've every experienced outdoors. Every cloth surface felt damp, including the sheets, towels & carpet. At first I thought it was because the room a/c was off most of the day and the a/c would catch up. I was wrong. The rattly a/c ran all night (it never cycled off) and by morning I was drenched in sweat. Woke up the kids for the typical cheap hotel breakfast. No protein except for some rubbery, microwaved omelettes. Time to pack up, I turned on the TV to entertain the kids for 30 min, not working ("We've detected an interruption in your service"), got out the tablets to stream Netflix, wi-fi not working & finally gave them some quarters to go play some video games in the lobby (they were turned off). Good thing I didn't need the wi-fi to do any work. Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences ever. I would have expected this from a $50/night hotel, but at almost twice that I definitely felt cheated. We would have been more comfortable sleeping in the car.

Its in good location to stay at for the drag race track.Walmart and good places to eat at close

Clean & Comfortable; Great Location; A+++ rating

My husband and our two daughters (ages 11 & 9) stayed in this Collinsville, Illinois location for a 4 days 3 nights visiting family in St Louis & sight seeing. This location was perfect, had several food choices in the area. I can't say enough nice things about the comfort of our hotel; room was clean, cool and comfortable, bathroom was very clean and great size for a family of 4. Very quiet and safe feeling. Hotel indoor pool was large and very clean as well. Beds were comfortable; bedding was nice. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

Descent hotel for the price.

Overall hotel was ok. Hotel elevator quit working on second day. Wifi was super slow. Price was fair. Charged 10 dollars extra for an old cot. Hotel looks like renovation is starting.

The beds were not especially comfortable, and there looked like there was mold inside the bathtub faucet knob. But other than that, clean and a nice place. They are remodeling as well, so the bed a faucet issue may be no more soon.

Good hotel

Hotel was in an excellent location. Many restaurants within walking distance. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was open until 11 pm which is great for the kids!
