It was runned down, out of date and bad service. The location is good.

booked room thru expedia and they didn't reserve the room the staff at the days in were super nice and took care us highly recommend them

Check the room close before unpacking.

The room was a little beat up but clean. The lack of hot water ruined the experience.. There was no manager on duty and the clerk had no clue.

Was not so great. Room door would not lock. Informred front desk and was not resolved. Had to change rooms. Desk could not print me a reciept upon checkout. I was told that it's a hassle.

The hotel was fine.

Pros: The room rate was fine for just one night. The bed was comfy and not noisy.
Cons: I could not get a receipt for the charges, the clerk said they would E mail it to me. So don't know if I had extra charges or not.
Location: We were in the area for wedding so weren't in the room very long.

You book with them, they book with Wyndham and Wyndham with us- same is with payment- you pay them, they pay Wyndham and Wyndham pays us- I apologize for any inconvenience this causes you, you should have received a receipt from them. The two separate times I stayed I had to provide my own bread for breakfast as they ran out I was told. ( I think they must only supply quarter of a loaf of each type of bread a day) As I am from I don't eat waffles and pastries for breakfast. Only one ice machine was working both times I stayed had to go from top floor to ground floor to get ice when. No washing machines for travellers to do laundry. ( was told can go use the machines in hotel next door) my issues were not one off accessions they were separate stays. And the guy at the front counter Trevor I think his name was should find another profession. I would not stay again

staff was great, hotel not so much

Location: Many restaurants close, easy off/on highway.
staff was welcoming and friendly. Bathroom sparkling!, the bedskirt had obvious "bodily fluid on it" and the couch has a suspious stain. Didn't sit on couch and bedskirt stain was far enough from top of bed to one be nasty insteaded of gross and requesting a different room. I did check sheets, very clean. for a newer hotel I would have expected more but I was there alone for a conference and it worked out fine. the entrance to the hotel smelled BAD, dog poop is what came to mind. I never saw any but I was in/out and noticed it each time. I come to the area frequently, no so sure I will come to thie hotel ahain.
