It was runned down, out of date and bad service. The location is good.

booked room thru expedia and they didn't reserve the room the staff at the days in were super nice and took care us highly recommend them

The hotel was fine.

Pros: The room rate was fine for just one night. The bed was comfy and not noisy.
Cons: I could not get a receipt for the charges, the clerk said they would E mail it to me. So don't know if I had extra charges or not.
Location: We were in the area for wedding so weren't in the room very long.

We are happy that you were our guest for the wedding. When you book with a 3rd party, we do not have access to the rates or reciepts. You book with them, they book with Wyndham and Wyndham with us- same is with payment- you pay them, they pay Wyndham and Wyndham pays us- I apologize for any inconvenience this causes you, you should have received a receipt from them. Decent hotel easy drive to area attractions

Pros: Easy drive to downtown St. Louis, Cahokia mounds, and other area attractions.
Cons: Staff response to TV issues.
Location: St. Louis Arch, Old Courthouse, Riverboat tour, Lewis & Clark expedition, Confluence tower, City Museum, Magic House, St. Louis Zoo
The room was acceptable and clean, and included a mini-fridge and microwave. The pool is very small. The TV in our room did not work. It was an easy fix (setting on back of set) but it took 2 days to get an answer from the staff.

It was nice pool a little small but Lisa enjoyed free breakfast was nice way to start the day not noisy so good sleep staff was great rooms clean

The hotel itself was clean and the room itself was comfortable. However the bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable. This made for a very uncomfortable sleep and we were travelling 700 miles the next day.

Overall an good place to spend the night. The staff was super nice. Room itself was pretty good.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Big selection for breakfast; cereal, waffles, biscuits & gravy, yogurt, omelettes, etc. Only about 15 minutes from downtown St. Louis and about $20 using Uber.
