The beds definitely make a lot of noise as other reviews have stated, but I am a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me. The beds were comfortable, everything clean, the shower head was great. Breakfast was minimal, waffles and biscuits and gravy were the only hot items, no juice. But it was a good place for an overnight at a cheap price. Would stay again!

DONT STAY!! RUN!!
It was horrible, didnt have both rooms that i reserved, went ahead and did the one room and then the room was horrible and asked for refund and was told no. The dront desk complained that she was working for another person cause he was partying. Thank god for hotels.com for giving me a credit for my next trip since this was for a cheer competition.

As to your reservations, they were both there at the hotel, one under your name and one under the name of 2nd party that was with you. I Spoke with Expedia about the reservation and informed them that we did have both the reservations. The front desk clerk was covering for a fellow front desk clerk who had a religious ceremony they had to attend. Rudest front desk employee and crappy night
I booked this hotel for the simple fact that their pool was open until 10. As I knew I would want to swim before bed. Front desk lady said the pool was closed because the chemicals were off. I asked if it'd be fixed by the morning and she was very rude when she said "if the chemicals get fixed" - makes me believe someone didn't want to fix it!!! I told her that was the only reason I booked there. Then I asked if by chance the king size room had a Jacuzzi tub: again I was met with rudeness "no. You only paid for a standard room". Then she barked the directions around the 3 floor GIANT hotel. I said, "thanks. I'll be back". When we got to our room, the comfy king sized bed was anything BUT comfortable. The wooden base was the size of a queen, so the box springs and mattress were hanging over the sides and there was a very clear sign this mattress wasn't in the best shape because you could see the huge DIP in the middle. Not only that, but every time I got out of bed, the entire thing creeked and really made me uncomfortable. Also- the ice machine is on the first floor, to the left of the broken pool. I tried 2 vending machines to get 1 soda/pop. 1 was totally broken and the other one only takes cards now. Surprise! 2 little body washes and 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner. I didn't even want to go back to the front desk. Cleaning staff- AMAZING! Very kind and polite. I put my card in the receptacle reserved for returning keys. Waited to post this because I didn't want to be charged

While we are happy that you decided to stay with us, we are very sorry that things did not go the way that you were expecting. We do apologize that the pool is not operational, we had some renovations done in the pool room and then discovered that the pool pump went out- as a result we are having issues getting the chemicals to go back to where they should be for our guests to safely use the pool. When you asked if your room had a jacuzzi in it, the front desk clerk informed you that you booked just a regular king room- not the Jacuzzi suite. It is standard procedure to inform the guests where their rooms are located when we hand them their room keys, this makes for less confusion for our guests to locate their room. All of our beds are brand new, manufactured 06/03/2023. Maintenance will be checking the frame to make sure there is nothing needing repairs. We were having issues with the vending machines and they have been repaired. We do not have a receptacle for keys to be returned, guest simply leave them on the dresser or return them to the front desk. Again, we do apologize for the stay not being what you expected and we do hope that you will give us a second chance to make things right with you. Friendly and helpful staff! We'd inadvertently left behind an important medical device and staff was very helpful in our retrieving it. I was a bit sad that the pool was not in working order, but circumstances had us checking in way too late in the night for me to use it.

We picked this hotel over others because it had a pool but the pool was closed. This was reflected on their website but NOT Expedia. Also the price was $20 over the price we reserved at on Expedia.

You get what you pay for. For the money it was ok
There was only 1 wash cloth provided. Had to ask for another one since there were 2 of us. There was a coffee maker and lids but no cups, coffee or supplies. Had to ask the front desk for them and then discovered we were missing the plastic piece the coffee pod goes in so we were still not able to make coffee in the room. The pillows were not comfortable, too fat for my liking. The mattress was comfy and the room was very quiet.

Breakfast was horrendously lacking and coffee was brown water that you could see thru. Carpet in room was very beat up and needs replaced.

I’d stay again
No shampoo in our room and it all smelled like someone smoking weed. Outdated but it felt like a safe neighborhood. Cornfield on the side and behind it so quiet neighbors. Staff was friendly and although the breakfast was very minimal, the attendants were super attentive with keeping it refilled. The elevator was the shakiest sketchiest feeling one I’ve ever been in and I stuck to the stairs after one trip😅

We are happy that your stay with us was a good one. We try very hard to keep smoking out of our hotel, rest assured- we do charge those who do smoke the 100 deposit. they made use I had a room even though Expedia did not put on the requested my needs which happened on the whole vacation. The hotel was great Expedia was not and I’ll never use them again

I booked way ahead and upon arriving i was told the king suit with jacuzzi that i booked the jacuzzi wasnt working and they were unable to give me the other king suit because it was booked, the lady at the feont desk knocked some money off my bill...but after the check in was done she then tells me the pool is also unavailable..the lamps in the room couldnt be plugged in because there were no outlets for them..i couldnt make coffee in the room because a piece was missing...the bathtub stopper i had to fight with to get it to work...we had to go buy toilet paper because theres fell apart and was like wiping with just my fingers. There was a sign that said if we wanted our towels replaced to set them outside the room (we didnt because we didnt want anyone in our room while we were gone) they came in anyway and moved our stuff around...in order to change the channel on the tv i had to hold my arm over my head while in the bed

We do apologize for the inconvenience with the Jacuzzi not working and the pool being down- these were unforeseen instances that we have no control over. We are fixing the issue with the new lights in the room. We also apologize for the mix up with the sign, the sing states that: To help conserve water and energy, reuse your towels by hanging them on the rack. For fresh towels, leave your used ones on the floor and we'll replace them. We do have Do Not Disturb signs in the rooms as well to be placed on the outside of the door if you do not want room service. Our housekeepers are not permitted to touch our guest belongings- this is strictly enforced! Again, we do apologize that your stay was not what you were expecting and hope that you will give us a second chance to make things right with you.
