The beds were nice and soft so I slept well. Very large breakfast buffet and we were surprised that there is also a supper buffet. You receive a drink ticket for three free drinks at a very limited choice bar. The line for the drinks was so long that you might as well drink your beverage while in line for the next one.

I booked the property because of the buffet breakfast. What I didn’t know is breakfast on the weekend didn’t start until 7a.m and we wanted to be on the road long before that. Good breakfasts are a must for us when traveling with children. Disappointed only for that reason. It was a non refundable booking or I would’ve cancelled it had I know .

Room and hotel were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff or maybe guests, were loud going by in the morning. Our room was right by elevators and in the bottom entry to outside. Not a good place for a room…very noisy. Otherwise room was good.

Had one little snag when we got there, I had originally booked 2 nights, but cancelled the first night and the whole reservation got cancelled. The staff was able to give us a room in a very short amount of time. Kisnd and courteous the entire time during the booking ordeal.

We stayed at this hotel because we were attending a bowling tournament near by. Adam & his staff we GREAT! Very friendly, helpful and attentive couldn't have asked for a better time. We will be back.

We like this chain of hotels, and this facility did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and helpful. We checked in almost 10 minutes before the “welcome hours” were finished. When we decided on a drink, the bartender asked if we wanted more than one drink since he was closing shorty. The snacks consisted of Mac & cheese, pulled pork sliders and coleslaw. Everything had a good taste. Breakfast next day had multiple choices and was also good. The bed & pillows were comfortable and everything appeared clean. We would return to this facility again in our travels if the opportunity arises.

The room was very poor. In particular the shower had cold water and the shower head leaked so it was impossible to take a shower as the water dripped on the soaps and conditioner causing the soaps to wash out of your hand before you could use them. Very frustrating to have these issues as they should be checked out.

Quick overnight but great stay!
