Good location, easy to get in and out, great staff. The bathroom outlet didn't work, but otherwise no issues.
Hotel was under construction due to pipes needing to be replaced. The bar/eating area was card tables in a conference room. I am not very impressed that this information was not provided upon booking. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was great. Very dissapointed in the lack of communication regarding construction though.
Hotel smells like smoke and wet dog. The rooms have been “updated” but not. You have to pay $14 per person in addition for any kind of breakfast which is free with most hotels. NOT WORTH IT!!!
No shampoo in containers (there were 2 for shampoo and no body wash).

Hotel was very clean ,our room was large and the king bed was very comfortable. Our server Joan at breakfast was extremely nice and helpful overall very pleased with this hotel. Only issue we had was the bar was never open when we were there.
They have a $100 dollar check in deposit. It also takes 24 hours to return to you even though the front desk said it was instant on check out. The shower curtain wasnt all the way hung the toilet needs tightened it does wobble. The room was clean. The whole hotel could use a deep clean the elevators stink and the carpet on the way to the rooms is disgusting. The suites do not have a way to block off one room to the other so its still just opened if you have guest no privacy. The walls are thin so you will hear all traffic up and down the halls the front entrance could definitely use some wd40. I did not pay $15 for the breakfast so i cant comment on that. And i also didnt get a chance to use the pool. So for the most part the stay was fine. Just minor things that could use upgrading or clean. The staff was friendly well the ones i spoke with. Also the bed was A1 super soft. The hotel is very convenient for shopping or dining out. Mall was like 5 mins away. Overall id give a 7/10.
I booked a King room and showed up 30 minutes later and they had no King rooms left. No a big deal as I was travelling alone, but why was it available to book?
The front desk staff was very welcoming. We paid for breakfast and they didn’t serve it at all while we were there. Apparently they only do breakfast if they’re above 50% capacity. The tv worked the first night, but stopped working for the reminder of our trip.
The service clerk who help our group with reservations was great

Do not stay here. The room was dirty and if it had not been so late we would have gone elsewhere. It was not even worth $50. Go stay at a much less expensive hotel for a better experience and cleaner room. We could not leave fast enough in the morning.

To be rated 3 stars the rooms were dated. Garage cans were filthy. Bathtub bottom was discolored and peeling. Stains on furniture and top cover.
The staff was really nice. Booking was a breeze. Just needs some TLC.
It was a very clean room and close to the highway and lots of restaurants and shopping near by the only complaint is they put a $350 c hold on my card for incidentals which may me bounce a check how don't care if they put the charge but remove it after you check out

Lady working front desk super rude. After 2nd night of staying there called at 10am for new towels and she told us we had to wait about an hour that the towels were washing.
