This is my favorite hotel in the area. My only problem is that the rates skyrocket on the weekends. There is no reason to pay 200 dollars a night for a hotel in that area

Andrea thank you for your survey and for coming to our property so often! As far as the rate increase on the weekend, that is due the influx of the large groups of guests that travel to the area nearly every weekend for sports and conventions!

Room had stained carpet, sagging bed that gave me a backache. The long mirror was taken off the wall but hardware and different wall paint were still there. The breakfast potatoes on the buffet were not heated they were ice cold. Staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful. Location was good.

The toilet ran constantly the towel racks where coming out of the wall the tub faucet was not secure. We stayed there because of the pool but the pool wasn’t even open but Expedia didnt say that. For the price we paid we should have received a continental breakfast, we had to get the key cards red one 3 times, it snowed and they didn’t put down any salt or cleared the sidewalks,

The woman at the front desk told me to book online so I did using Expedia, which I told her I was going to do. (I used this app to find a pet-friendly hotel.) As soon as I paid, she asked me how many people were in my party and if I had a pet. I told her the number and said that I had a cat with me. She then gave me a pet policy, which stated that there was a pet fee, to sign. When I asked how much the pet fee was, she told me it was $150, which was more than the price of the room! I told her I was no longer interested in staying here because of the ridiculous price and she said that she would cancel the room, assuring me that I would not be charged since I did not even check in. Needless to say, she lied, they charged me, and Expedia will not give me a refund because the hotel "has a strict policy".

The pet fees for our property for up to 2 animals is 75 per day and up 125 per stay. Our Front Desk agent has been reminded about policy and we do apologize for any inconvenience however you have been refunded as she was unaware as to how to go through the process. You've also spoken to our front desk manager and guest assistance so though we appreciate your feedback you have been taken care of in everyway possible. If you have any further issues do reach out directly! Thank you so much!Also please note cancellation policy with your 3rd party, their policies are not ours!

The hotel’s staff were so friendly and welcoming. Check in and out was smooth. Breakfast was A+. Starr is definitely an asset to the Hilton. We enjoyed our stay.

It says on Expedia that there was a bar but what it doesnt say is the bars closed. How are you going to have a bar and not use it??? Just silly. And the smell of the rooms was hard on my senses. It was quiet though. So thats a plus.

Entryway is clean and in good repair, welcoming, and smells good. The desk clerks were all friendly and helpful. Did not use the breakfast/bar service. The hallways, elevators and rooms are clean but wore out and in some areas run down/damaged. Definitely in need of repairs/remodeling. Not what is expected of the Hilton brand.
