Place is run down .. hair in the bathroom, we are wearing our flip flops so we don’t touch the floor and I’m sleeping in my pants and sweatshirt so I don’t have to touch the sheets. sheets are worn out .. curly black hair stuck in them .. not pubes but possibly African American hair. towels are thin .. needs painting, lots of damage furniture through the hotel and in room , elevator smelled and was extremely creepy.. only reason we stayed here is because we have 2 dogs and we had a good experience at the La Quinta in Paducah so we thought we’d try this place .. never again ..would like the 50.00 we spent for the dogs back .. I didn’t even want them to sleep on the floor .. sorry but this hotel needs some serious help. It should be shut down and completely gutted. Unfortunately I booked on Expedia and it was non refundable.. live and learn , lucky we only need a place for 8 hour to rest as we drive home from Florida

This property was incredibly dirty. Being even remotely near the pool made your eyes burn from the chlorine. Our check in time was at 3pm and they did not have a room until 6:45pm. We were limited to two towels per room (we had 4 guests in our own room). The entry way furniture has dirt stains all down the arm rests and rips in the booths. There is a $100 deposit. The floors were disgusting. The breakfast was very limited. There is a reason why this is a 2-star hotel. DONT DO IT!

Booked two rooms. When the other party arrived they said they didnt have a reservation for her and i wasnt even there. She saw my van but just decided not to mess with it because i was asleep. I was still charged for two rooms. I think because she was late they gave away the room an just got paid twice for it. Car with slived tires in the back. Dirty pool. Breakfast was sorry af. Everything cooked in a microwave. It was the worst. I hope i get my money back for the other hotel room they said we didnt reserve.

The location is great, and the beds were softer than many places. The buildings side access doors did not work, and I think they do that to control access. Hard to imagine both doors being broken at the same time. The coffee pot in 206 did not work and you could not get a cup in the lobby until exactly 6am. We left without it.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Cops were at the property due to domestic disputes. I didn't feel safe and barely slept the one night I was here. I had my door double locked and barricaded and still felt no sense of safety. Breakfast was a choice of congealed sausage, crusty eggs, stale breads, or cereal with no milk. The phone in the room did not work so you couldn't call the front desk if something was needed. The room smelled musty and the curtains did not close all the way. The walls are paper thin and you could hear a flea fart in the room next to you. When requesting a copy of my receipt the front desk attendant stated a tip was required after handing me my receipt. I looked at her like she was crazy after the awful conditions I had just endured.

Check in was smooth and staff very nice but rooms were worn down. We only had 2 towels for a family of four in our room and breakfast was unappetizing and very limited. Luckily we only stayed overnight on our way across the country but even then I wouldn’t stay again.

Curtains were filthy. Television went from bright to dark after a period of watching. Bathroom wall had stains on walls and chip marks all over. Had to leave a $100 room deposit then upon checking out they inspected room before they returned the deposit and let me leave. Very unprofessional.

When we to check in, staying for 2 nights. We were told not to 3pm. It was after 1pm Very strict about checking in, wouldt even precheck us in, so we wouldn't have to wait. Our room (216) was literally across the elevator. This room needs some repair work. Saturday morning was feeling nauseous, couldn't figure it out, there was an odor. When I opened the door, the hallway smelled of weed. Must of been, a lot of smoking. It was disgusting. There we're kids staying on this floor too. Came back to the room Saturday evening, room was not even touched We had zero towels, because the ones we were given were used. Went to front desk, were given 4 hand towels, 2 of them were thin. Garbage was overflowing. The toilet was so low, to put it, if your wiping yourself, your hand is in the toilet water. Breakfast was a joke. Guest were leaving the hotel to get what they called "real food". The eggs were fluffy but no taste. There was also sausage patties. There was bread for that and baked, which problem were frozen. They also had yogurt but was frozen. Beverage was orange juice, apple juice, and coffee. There was the waffle maker, ( where you make your own), no sugar free syrup. They also had a cereal dispenser with a gallon of milk in fridge. There was a hot water thermos, but no tea bags. Saturday morning got on the elevator and a guest told me don't bother with breakfast. They had McDonalds bags with them. Told them your McDonalds smell good, and I agree breakfast is not worth. The carp

Ridiculous pet fees
Can't tell you how the stay was because I didn't get to actually stay. We were traveling and needed a place to rest our heads for the night. Chose a pet friendly hotel and upon check in was advised they were going to charge me $50 for my autistic children's ESA dogs. The room was only $56 for the night. I thought it was ridiculous to be charged an additional $50 for 8 hours. If it was one $25 pet fee, ok fine, I would have dealt with it; A $50 deposit for damages, if there were any, I would have dealt with it; a longer stay, ok fine, I'd have paid it; But to charge $25 per pet, per night, for service dogs is ridiculous.

Breakfast had no available water. When requested water, staff led me across hotel to fitness room where a water dispenser was located. No cups or glasses were available so returned to my room for a water bottle amd returned to cold breakfast. Laquinta waffles are my favorite - waffle maker timer did NOT cook waffle and three more attempts were gooey. Killed a bug in the bathroom. No towels in the pool, had to request.

Room was okay but there were repairs that are being overlooked. Breakfast was not being refilled without asking. Sausage was cool. Great location and I didn't get to use it but had an indoor pool. Also had to pay $25 for small 7 lbs dog, while staying all other LaQuinta have never paid a pet fee.

Person working front desk double charged my card for deposit which made it decline and put a hold on it. The had to pay deposit with cash which was my spending money for the event I was going to. Ended up having to reach out to someone to send me money for the event I was going to. Front desk was very rude during interaction.

Was very nice considering the low cost. Bed was very comfortable. Room was dated and a bit worn but clean. They require a $100 deposit at checkin which can take up to 2 weeks to credit back if you use a debit card. Overall very good for the price.

We showed up at 4:30 and our room was not ready. Check in was at 3:00. She said it would be another hour and offered us a smaller room. I said no thanks I don't want to move our things more than once. So we leave and come back to a disaster. The fridge had food still in it and coffee spilled all over, garbage in the drawers of the night stand, stains on the wall and curtains. We are not picky but this was the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in. The pool was merky enough I would never get in it.
