Racism and harassment

Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Management called police because my son stopped in for a visit. They only stopped by on their way into town.

Check in staff person was not so friendly though they were able to answer all questions. She just seemed a bit preoccupied.

I travel frequently and always look for a great deal. I was not disappointed with this one. It is older but they seem to be on top of it. Very clean throughout. Hot to was excellent probably the best temperature I've ever had. Room was larger than expected with a small chair and desk with chair. Bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Location: Close to airport
Frontdesk lady was excellent, first room wasn"t cleaned up, second room was the same, lady at front desk was so nice and, last room was clean. Seems like maid service had not done their job and not cleaned the room, luckily the hotel wasn't sold out are there would have been a problem. Breakfast was o.k., only thing is most hotels have liquid creamer and this was powdered, so I drink orange juice.

desk clerk at check in was unfriendly to us and to the young woman she appeared to be training.
