The staff were friendly, professional, and kind. They got us extra blankets and the like as requested. Breakfast was only granola bars that are hard to chew and nearly rotten fruit. Our room's toilet could not flush feces. Only urine. Even after calling maintenance in no fecal matter could be flushed. We were warned not to "poo" because it would back the toilet up.We were informed the room needed a new wax ring under the toilet to flush properly. Thank God we did not need to have a bowel movement. They should have moved us rooms, but did not. By the signs outside, theft is apparently a problem in the area, but we didn't see anything. In short, staff were kind and responsive but unable to fix the major problem of nonfunctioning toilet. We were 2 adults one elementary ag echild.

Room is dirty. Found hair all over the restroom and in the folded towels. Mold was coming out of the sink after I let the water run for a bit. By the way the water pressure is terrible! The soaps in the bathroom are used. It looks like they just refill the same bottle over and over.

When we walked in to check in, the desk attendant was having problems getting us checked in. There was another very odd employee who kept talking to us about his conspiracy theories. Then we were informed that even though I had already paid in full, I had to pay a $50 deposit that would not be refunded for a whole week. I understand the idea, but for someone who is trying to travel on a budget, it would have been important to know.

Property is dated and room was smelly. The fire alarms in the hallways had plastic bags placed over them, pretty sure that is a fire code violation. Overall, based on the price the property was ok. Probably would pay a more for a fresh smelling room.

It was noisy. You could hear the room next door when they flushed, people when doors slammed or people walking. Should sound proof rooms. In a good location by food, services and easy access to freeway.

If can, chose another hotel in the area.
There was no shower curtain in one of the rooms and when we asked for one it was not supplied. Towels were dingy and the bathroom overall was awful. In the other room there was no hot water. Even though this is a budget hotel basic expectations we’re not met.

Dirty and scary desk clerk.
The room is not the worst in style, definitely out dated, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The towels and linen had hair and potentialy dirt, a gritty substance, and the bathroom had mold on the ceilings due to poor ventalation and up keep. Check in also was time consuming. I paid in advance and the card that i used was not accurate on there record somehow. I spent 15 min talking with the front desk including a call from the individual who was helping me to another individual with 5 min of "none english" conversation that had me checking my banking app like a hawk for the vacation.
