Management needed to be improved!

Air conditioner didn't work after checking in. Asking for fixing it or changing for another room immediately, however, nothing was done after 2 hours but saying no air conditioning was normal because of the climate condition in July. Windows could not be opened in the room. After demanding full refund for 3 nights stay or changing to another room with proper air conditioning, it was finally arranged.

I can asure you, that I talked to the front Office staff and that we will do better next time.
