"The service is really poor. We hung the card outside the room for 2 days and especially talked to the house keeper guy that we need room cleaning on the 2nd day, but still not done. They claimed we didn’t hang the cleaning request card correctly but in fact we did. N even on the 3rd day after room cleaning, the used bedsheet was hung on top of the TV without taking away. "
