I had booked 1 night through expedia. After I arrived, I had asked the front desk if it was possible to stay an extra day. The gentleman stated that it would be ok. I asked if it was ok to make that decision the following day. I was told, "yes, no problem" The next day, i decide i wish to stay an extra day and am told that the hotel is fully booked. Pretty annoying. ruined my mood and the whole stay.

Thermostat for the room re-set itself to 22 degrees no matter how it was set and would not turn off. This meant we had to keep the window open at all times and to put up with the street noises all night.
