The lady at the front desk was fantastic! She was courteous, attentive, and informative. The hotel was very clean and the rooms are huge. Free parking was a real treat. Only 10 minutes away from Cologne/Bonn airport--very convenient. All-in-all an excellent experience.

You evaluated anonymously, so we cannot tell where you stayed. Our hotel is known for spacious comfortable rooms. there is no permanent flight-noise, but it may occur.

Nice hotel in Cologne
Friendly little hotel with free parking about 50m away on the opposite side of the road - the instructions for that could be clearer in the advance information. Good breakfast, good WiFi.

Great place
Easy to reach from the highway, nice big rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast. The parking lot is 50 meters from the hotel.

Great stay, would recommend.
Good service, the only small issues were no AC in rooms (there was a fan though and the windows opened pretty well so it wasn’t much of an issue) and parking is a little bit down the street from the hotel. Otherwise, great stay.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, within close walking distance of the train into the center of Cologne. Staff was great too (if you have some free time, definitely stop for a chat with Dirk at the front desk--he's a very interesting guy who can knowledgeably discuss everything from world history to video games!).

Great Hotel!
Lovely hotel, very clean, staff very friendly they went out of their way to help us at 5am in the morning and supplied us with tea and breakfast to take out as we had to catch a 7am flight back home! The only things that is missing in the rooms, is tea/coffee making facilities. You can go to the bar and order coffee, but being tea belly's like me and my best friend are, it would of been nice to of made a nice brew when we got back in to our room after an exhausting day! But overall the hotel is fantastic and the staff are brilliant! Shall definitely be staying again!

Good Hotel in nice area
Good service , good parking area , close to supermarket , 10mins drive to Downtown. Room is clean , bathroom is big. Germany hotel mostly didn't have air conditioner. If the windows with filter of mosquito protection is much better.

Great hotel with a wonderful breakfast.
When you pull up to the hotel, the area isn't terribly impressive. However, as soon as you walk in the door, the hotel does not disappoint at all. We were greeted with a a warm welcome, check in was smooth, and all of the features of the hotel were explained. They unfortunately don't have any food options in house for evening meals, but we found a great Italian restaurant called Purino Feilenhof which was about 15 minutes away. Overall a great stay and our favorite part was probably the free breakfast!

The only commet I can say it have been nice to have a kettle in the room.But if you want hot water the hotel staff will get you it is no problem for great hotel staff,It cost about 20 euros from the airport to get there and about 20 euros to get into cologne

Wir waren „nur“ übernacht da, der Service und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Im Waschbecken war ein Sprung und die Betten waren nicht so unser Geschmack, die Einrichtung war etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber.

Dommage pour la situation
Hôtel situé dans un quartier de Cologne sans aucuns attraits et au bord de l’autoroute. L’aéroport n’étant pas loin, il y a aussi cet inconvénient. Sinon la chambre est très correcte et surtout très propre ainsi que la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner est bien avec de bon produits. Quelques options de restauration aux alentours.

An sich ein gutes Hotel. Die Umgebung ist jedoch eher bescheiden. Der Hotelparkplatz lässt einem ein sehr mulmiges Gefühl entstehen (defekte und verlassene Fahrzeug, dubiose Personen).

Wir haben uns in dem Hotel sehr willkommen gefühlt, jeder Mitarbeiter war freundlich, das Frühstück war sehr, sehr lecker und wurde appetitlich dargeboten. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Wir waren von der Außenfassade enttäuscht, aber das trügt. Innen war es sehr wohnlich und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Es stand uns ein kostenfreier Parkplatz zur Verfügung
