We were easily able to check into our hotel while being outside of their scheduled front desk time and the process to call and receive our room key from the lock box was very easy! The hotel is very clean and really cute and cozy!

Soweit war das Hotel in Ordnung. Wir waren 2 Nächte da. Das einzige Mängel war das unsere Betten nicht gemacht wurden und das Bad eurde nicht gereinigt. Vielleicht war es ein Versehen. Dann kenn ich es von anderen Hotels, dass sich auf dem Zimmer Unterlagen über wichtige Telefonnummern und Frühstückszeiten sowie Türanhänger ^ bitte nicht stören ^ befinden. An der Rezeption wurde uns erklärt, dass man sich garnicht erklären kann wie das alles passieren konnte. Es wurde uns versprochen bei der nächsten Buchung uns entgegen zukommen . Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel würden wir wieder dort buchen.
