Excellent staff.

Excellent staff, specially Janelle and another girl who spoke perfect Spanish. The hotel is far from the city centre which is inconvenient if you're tourist. The carpet on the room way way too stained, which gives you a lousy first impression.

Very pleasant

Pros: Quiet, clean, great staff, great bathroom amenities
Cons: I couldn't get the air con to get very cool. The interface seemed straightforward enough even without English, but it never got very cool.
Location: I was only there for a night on my way to Nurburg, but it seemed like it had easy access to the city center.
Check in was easy. Staff was very nice, and was happy to speak English for me. Room was really nice. The bathroom had a heated floor and part of the mirror was antifogging. It had a blow dryer for use, which was really helpful as I didn't want to weight down my luggage with one. It took me a few minutes to figure out that the lights don't work until you put your card key in the slot by the door, but that is just my ignorance of European hotels. Overall a very nice, quiet stay. Beautiful hotel to look at also.

Good Hotel

This is a typical business orientated hotel. It is of high quality. It is out of the centre of Cologne, but you can take a 20 minute walk into town. There is tram stop nearby.

Close to Messe Arena

Great hotel! I went to see Bruno Mars in concert and it was a five minute walk to the arena. The hotel was beautiful, staff was friendly and breakfast was awesome,

modern hotel

A stunning hotel which is unlike any I've stayed in before! The room was very comfortable but a bit hot at night - even though we used the air con. Nice ensuite and shower! The staff were friendly,helpful and attentive they kept our drinks flowing all night! There was a huge choice for breakfast in the morning! The only let down for us was the menu choice in the evening, but we're probably quite fussy!!

Close to the Koln Messe

A little pricey during trade shows at the Messe. If you want a nice, convenient hotel for the show, the Radisson is a good choice.

Great hotel

Great stay at this hotel, relaxed experience and a high standard of accommodation. Only negatives were noise of the lift at night as our room backed onto the lift shaft and the bar was expensive, but you come to expect that in a hotel

We had a crack in the batroom sink,which leaked on to the floor. The attitude of the staff was very poor when this was reported. Initially nothing was done about it and nothing was said to us until we reported it a second time. Then we were told there were no maintenance people working the weekend. We were offered no alternatives and it was assumed we would not want to change rooms. We had to ask for a bucket to put under the sink. When we complained to the management he told us we could not have a refund has we had already paid via the booking site. Eventually he gave us free parking for our trouble.
