Staff didnt explain anything about the facilities. Price vs comfort not good. Too expensive for what it is.

Nice Stay..

My experience was great. Staff was nice an made my daughters an I 12 day vacation comfortable. I will stay there again. But please fix the wifi. A bartender is needed at wet bar at all times when you have guess.

Location: cruises, locks, shopping in Puerto libre
Old building but in acceptable conditions, nice environment

Don’t waste your money

The Hotel is in a very bad condition (room, elevator, service). They didn’t have water in the room.

Decent hotel

Pros: The room was very nice.
Cons: The staff needs training.
Decent hotel with nice rooms but the staff is miserable. The location is beautiful and the hotel has tons of potential. The all inclusive was very exclusive so I would not recommend that option.

Not what l expected.

Pretty much the nice parts are what they show you in the pictures. I was not impressed at all by this hotel. At. All. I wouldn't recommend it nor would l think about going back.

Quiet Area.

Nice quiet environment hotel was good buffet breakfast was also good but they could include some chicken in the menu not everyone eat pork - the pool area was good bit the tiled area to the pool need a lot of work - over all I would say it's a nice place to stay away from all the hussel and noise .

Hotel needs major upgrade

Pros: complimentary breakfast
Cons: Major upgrade on their facilities, furniture. They were from 40-50 years ago. Elevator doesn't work on one of the day and it made all kinds of noises
Location: No thing to do nearby within 10 mile radius. Have to drive 40 miles into the city
Very outdated facilities, over 40 miles away from the city, wifi is on and off randomly. They gave me a room with a connecting door to an adjacent room without any lock and said it was ok. I had to request them to give me a different room.

Terrible Visit

Food was limited choice and the Buffett idea is BAD! Bar was terrible. Hot water availability was bad. THE INTERNET WAS ****HORRBLE!!!!!!!!!**** Staff were all excellent. Very good people. I'm NOT happy with my stay and will not come back.
