Very large room, but a little dark

Pros: Location
Cons: Another mirror in room, curtains that let the light in and a shelf in the bathroom
Location: Surrounded by restaurants in a safe neighborhood
In a nice neighborhood surrounded by restaurants, this hotel is nice and has large rooms, but is a little dark

Pros: Staff and location
You're asking for too much information. If it isn't sufficient then don't use it. But good experience with Expedia as well.

Beware!! They overcharge you by "Mistake"!

I booked this hotel through Expedia and at the check-in I paid with my credit card. When I checked the receipt in the room the same night, I realized they have over charged me for $87.21 compared the booking price on Expedia. I did not notice it when I was signing the receipt because the amount was in peso.I told the staff the next day and I was assured that they made a mistake and will refund me right away. Refund was not processed during my stay. I communicated and waited for another month for refund, but did not come. I finally contested the charge through my credit card company, and the hotel now says that they do not owe any refund!!!!! Be careful, not to be charged extra by "mistake"!!!

Well located but bad experience!

Staff was rude and argumentative. Pictures on Expedia are nothing like the hotel. Suites are not really suites. Didn't have room available that was booked on arrival and challenged us about our Expedia booking. Wanted to charge us for a broken glass in room that was already broken on arrival. Did not want family and local lifelong friends to come to the hotel to pick us up or accompany us while we get ready to go out.

Great hotel at Colonia Roma

Great hotel for the price you pay. Hotel is not the fanciest but it's definitely located in a perfect area. You have la Plaza Luis Cabrera right outside. Again if you're expecting a 5 star hotel this is not it. But it's great for the price you pay.

Pros: great location. helpful staff. large and clean room for one person. small balcony overlooking a park.
Cons: lighting in the room was terrible.
Location: Roma is a happening neighborhood with many restaurants, bars, small shops.
a good basic hotel: nothing luxurious but great location. It was quiet when I was there. Wifi was working well. Breakfast OK but included. Coffee was not good.

Simple and clean accommodations.

Hotel could use some improvements like better pillows and mattresses or better hot water service in the bathroom. Room a bit cold and it didn't have a heater. Staff is super attemptive and helpful. The room was clean and service every day with detail. The neighborhood is excellent with lots of places to wander around, have dinner or just and expresso and a croissant. Beautiful small park just across the street.
